« This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here...

« We had a great time at Cape San Blas. This place/ location was great. We had beautiful weather every day. The beach is right there so that was definitely a plus, the view from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. They do need some new pans though, a little old. We will hopefully be back next year to make more memories. »

« Town is exactly as described. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. Lacks sufficient pots and pans and casserole dishes. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying more than a few days. Need better seating on 2nd floor. Beds are comfortable and there is ample seating in family room and eating for family of 7. Nice view of the beach facing east. If you want to really enjoy it you must go down to the beach which is no problem...

« We had the best time. Great location the beach and the pool are just a short walk away which is perfect for little ones. Super helpful host. Anytime I had a question Stefanie was quick with a friendly helpful response. The house was perfect for the entire family with enough room to hang out together without being on top of one another. »

« Extremely well maintained, clean, quiet, & family friendly! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here! Super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of kid friendly items, which made it feel very homey. Lots of extras in the kitchen, which was super helpful when we cooked meals in. « We had a wonderful stay! Proximity to the beach was the #1 amenity to our family of four. We also loved the view from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and appliance we needed and the hose/shower outside made it easy to keep sand outside. Another family was staying in the next door unit but we didn’t hear them at all. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Thanks for everything! »

« This was our first stay in Mexico Beach. Beach Poynt is an incredible place to stay. Very clean with everything we needed for a family vacation. Close to beach. Neighbors were very nice. My family enjoyed the community pool also. Looking forward to our next trip to Mexico Beach. »

« Very nice overall. You must be able to climb stairs. Nice amenities; we enjoyed reading in the sun by the pool, walking on the beach... Car-port was just about too narrow for our full-sized truck. An unexpected (but apparently planned) power outage of a few hours took us a bit by surprise. But no damage done. We would certainly come again ... but might seek "handicapped accessible"! »

« This cozy rental was exactly what we needed for our party of 6 + 2 dogs. The adults had the two main bedrooms and the kids loved the lofted bedroom and separate sitting room. The house had ocean views from two sides and all the bedrooms. Despite being a "2 houses back" from the beach, you are literally still only 100ft from beach with how the ocean curves around the street. Thank you for a wonderful time! »
