Easy access to the small pool and tennis/pickleball courts, playground and fishing ponds, Paradise Found is the perfect spot in Barrier Dunes for your next vacation!!

First Level:

Living Room with smart TV and sleeper sofa
Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee maker
Deck with propane grill and outdoor dining area

Guest Room 1 with twin beds and private balcony

Second Level:
Primary Bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom and private deck. There are peek-a-boo gulf views from the deck too!
Full size washer and dryer
Guest Room 2 with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony

Under Unit:

Enclosed outdoor shower
Beach Chairs - 4
Glider seats
Parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on size

50% of the total is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 61 days prior to check in.
Pet fee is non-refundable $150 plus tax for a maximum of 2 dogs.
Government ID and signed rental agreement required for all reservations. Minimum age of 25 required for rental.
All community posted/provided rules and regulations for Barrier Dunes must be followed.
