    Welcome to Seaside Sea-Esta, a Gulf-front escape in the gated Sunset Pointe neighborhood on the North Cape. With the beach at your doorstep and a private saltwater pool waiting out back, this home is built for easy coastal living. Five bedrooms and generous sleeping space make it a great fit for families and groups up to 14. Start mornings on the deck with coffee and ocean views, spend afternoons in the surf just steps away via your private boardwalk, and wind down with sunset skies from one of two expansive beachfront decks. When you’re not enjoying your own pool, the community pool is right across the street. To round out your stay, you’ll receive a $250 adventure-gear credit with rentals delivered straight to the house. Traveling with a pup? Dogs are welcome.

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas, and overall we had a wonderful stay. The ocean views are spectacular, and the direct beach access makes everything incredibly convenient. The home is exactly as pictured, and the area is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and unplug.A few things to know if you’re new to the area: grocery stores and most restaurants are about a 30-minute drive each way, so plan ahead. There is a small convenience store nearby, but dining options are limited unless you head into town.Since we booked when the property had no reviews, I wanted to share a few suggestions for improvement. The beds could be more comfortable. The mattresses were covered with waterproof protectors and topped with thin polyester sheets, which made sleeping feel a bit plastic-like. Several pillows were stained and should be replaced. Closet space was limited because owner linens filled much of the storage area. Only one set of towels was provided per bathroom, which was not ideal for a beach stay.The kitchen is well equipped, but the cabinets are very full and somewhat disorganized. There was little room for guest groceries, and we ended up storing food in the laundry room near cleaning supplies. Clearing out some cabinet space would make a big difference.Overall, the location, views, and beach access made for a very enjoyable stay, and with a few updates, this property could be exceptional.
