The heart of the home is a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, ideal for cooking together and enjoying meals indoors or on the lovely patio. Unwind in the serene master suite, complete with a king bed and attached bath featuring a walk-in shower. Two additional queen guest bedrooms include one with a trundle bed, and a shared bath with a shower/tub combo. The shallow waters of St. Joseph Bay offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling, shelling, and surf fishing. Plus, the boat launch at Pate Pete Park is just four blocks away, and multiple beach access points, including Maddox Park, are less than a three-minute drive.

Reservations include beach gear credit ($35 daily), personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Dog friendly property. Allow up to 4 dogs (60 lb maximum per dog). $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Cats and restricted dog breeds are not permitted.
• Signed rental agreement required prior to arrival.
• Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions.
• Guests may be charged for stained or damaged linens and towels.
• Pool heat is provided October through November and March through April.
