Welcome to St. Joe Beach — one of the last stretches of undeveloped, uncrowded Gulf Coast in Florida. No high-rises. No strip malls. Just miles of sugar-white sand and calm, warm Gulf water.

You're one block from Shipwreck Restaurant for casual waterfront dining. Head into Port St. Joe (about 10 minutes) for seafood restaurants, boutique shopping, and the charming downtown along the bay. Mexico Beach is just a short drive east. Cape San Blas and St. Joseph Peninsula State Park — some of the most beautiful undeveloped coastline in the U.S. — are an easy day trip. This is "the Forgotten Coast," and once you visit, you'll understand why people keep coming back.

Guests get access to the whole townhome/condo.

Pelican Porch is one of Pitzer-Properties' 10 homes located in Port St Joe. This oceanfront townhome has a boardwalk attached to the complex so you are steps from the ocean. We own 4 units right here so bring along some friends! Pelican Porch is on the main level but is elevated on pilings, so there is one flight of stairs.

The open concept living area is spacious and includes a large living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. We offer a Roku TV with all streaming channels accessible for you to log into your account. Additionally, there's an electric fireplace, perfect for the winter months, and a washer and dryer discreetly situated in a closet. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and ample storage space, along with a full bathroom.

We provide many extras, including luxurious robes, complimentary coffee/tea, new high-end plush towels, and the softest sheets around. We also provide two beach chairs, one umbrella, and beach towels! It's truly a "pack your bag and head this way" kind of place!

TV is a Roku where you log into the apps and use your login info. We do not have local cable.
