It’s the perfect retreat to unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. Spend your days at the beach and your evenings relaxing in the private hot tub, which we adjust for year-round enjoyment. Engage in some friendly competition with our ping pong and foosball tables, or gather around the Infinity table for board games. Each bedroom comes equipped with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming or work.

Upon arrival in the Windmark community, you'll step back into simpler times. Enjoy bike rides or golf cart rides to the beach, pool, local cafes, and eateries, or take in some outdoor live music. Start your morning with yoga or a fitness class at "Fit as a Fiddle," grab your morning joe at "Sunrise Cafe," enjoy a pizza brunch at "Bruno's," treat yourself to ice cream or a drink at "Mill's Mercantile," or experience rooftop dining at "The View of Old 98" — all less than a mile from the home.

You'll adore the 3-mile beach walk along St. Joseph's Bay, with multiple boardwalks perfect for morning jogs, bike rides, or golf cart rides to take in the scenic views. The resort-style, zero-entry pool is heated in winter from October 1 - April 30, and now offers drinks and snacks poolside, so the fun never has to pause. The sunsets on the beach are a daily highlight, and you can even enjoy a bonfire on the beach. Beach and pool access are just 0.8 miles from the house, with a scenic ride on the beach walk making it a breeze.

☆ Golf Cart: 6-person electric golf cart for exclusive use within the community! Please message us if you'd like to add this to your booking. It would be an additional $300/stay only. Please note that a waiver needs to be signed before using the golf cart, and the primary renter must be over 25 years old. ‼️PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GOLF CART IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL AND WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST IF YOU WANT TO USE IT.

Village Center Pool – Water Aerobics Class
Join your WindMark neighbors for a fun and energizing water aerobics class every Tuesday at 9:00 AM at the Village Center Pool!

This free class is open to all residents and renters, and it’s perfect for all fitness levels - no experience or equipment needed. Bring water, wear your swimsuit or water gear, and water shoes are highly recommended for traction and muscle support.

Each session lasts about 45 minutes (1 hour including sign-in and announcements). Hydrate before class and get ready for a great low-impact workout in a friendly, social environment!

Ring motion sensitive Floodlight camera on the garage door. We use this for check in and check out times or if there is concern for any noise/ rule violation.
Signed rental agreement and security deposit required.
Safety: Please note there are bears in the neighborhood with most activity seen before winter hibernation. Alligators maybe present in the neighborhood ponds and bay.

Parking Information:
The golf cart must be parked inside the garage at all times. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, typically by parking two vehicles behind the other two, depending on vehicle size. Please note that the HOA is very strict: street parking is not allowed, and boats, trailers, and RVs are prohibited.

Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
