Walk/bike to downtown Reid Street with many shops and highly rated restaurants ( breakfast,lunch, dinner and dessert) We are in prime location in Downtown PSJ and close waking distance to most of our amazing festivals of the amazing festivals, pickleball court, boat ramps right in middle of amazing beaches nearby ( St Joe Beach, Cape San Blas and Mexico Beach. We absolutely loved our stay. Property exactly as advertised. Our dog had a large fenced in space to play . Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals at home and the house was within a few blocks of all the restaurants. Hoping to come back again!!!

Wonderful place to stay. Older shotgun style home with original hardwood floors and plenty of charm. Kristen is a terrific host. She pays attention to the little details. The beds are very comfy. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

As soon as we entered the residence we all stated ‘we could live here’! Home is cozy, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown with great variety of eateries. Ample space for boat parking on site. 2 boat ramps available for public use within 3 miles. Only regret is we didn’t stay long enough

Great Family Getaway!

This property is great! Very close to the downtown area and the marina. Enough room to park two boats. Very clean and beds were super comfortable. Kristen is an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

We loved everything about this house and our stay here. It is very tastefully decorated with nice furnishings. The kitchen is very well stocked. It was very clean. Our great pyranees loved the big fenced backyard. The location is great and an easy walk to Reid St. Kristen was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Labor Day Weekend with Family

This property had everything we needed and was so welcoming/ The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and cool inside. We had plenty of space for our family and the back yard for the dogs was great too. We also brought our boat for scalloping and had a place to park it and all of our vehicles. it's definitely on the list to rent again!

We booked a short "stay-cation" with our family for a quick weekend scalloping trip and this house was absolutely perfect! The host, Kristen was very responsive and a dream to work with. They are very hospitable and offered to loan us anything and everything you could imagine in regards to all things beach. This house was clean and accommodating to our needs. Plenty of parking (even for a boat). Lots of eateries and shops within walking distance. 10/10 recommend. Will be repeat guests!

Spring Fishing Vacation;

Very close to boat ramp with plenty of room to park the boat and other vehicles, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding and towels are very nice and comfortable. The spacious and fenced backyard is great for the dogs. Lots of other extras, beach equipment and games. We really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing long weekend

The house was just as described/listed. It was spotless clean, very comfortable beds, great fenced in big shaded back yard with a nice multi level deck to enjoy your morning coffee or grill out. The yard is perfect also for pets. The house is a convenient walk to Reid Ave where there are great restaurants and lots of boutique shops. There is also a nice view of the lighthouse from the back deck. We had a great time and will definitely be staying again soon.

PSJ Vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the fabulous Skippers Beacon. Location was wonderful as it was only a couple of blocks to all the shops and restaurants. The dogs loved the beautiful fenced in back yard The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to share home cooked meals together! We loved the historic architecture of the cottage.
