Your dream backyard awaits! A large fenced in yard with brand new additions like a inground pool with the option to be heated, 50x20 putting green, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, fire pit, hammocks, and outdoor seating, this property offers everything you need for outdoor fun and relaxation.



The spacious carport is transformed into a relaxing retreat, featuring a top-notch grill perfect for cookouts and comfortable outdoor furniture where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

Additional parking can be found in the front of the home featuring double driveways. There is also a cargo lift to help with all your luggage needs.





On the main level, the open-concept living space provides a large and welcoming gathering area for your entire group. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large 70” 4K TV for a fun evenings’ entertainment.





On this level- the first bedroom has a queen size bed with twin trundle. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is a full size bathroom in the hallway. The third bedroom is the dazzling master suite — complete with a luxurious king-size bed, and balcony access. The spa-like ensuite master bathroom has a double marble vanity, free-standing soaking tub and walk in shower. Did we mention there’s also a TV in this bathroom?





Perhaps the most desirable feature is the private patios adjacent to each Gulf facing bedroom. Perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing, they each offer a quiet and romantic respite. A screened porch with cozy outdoor furniture and a hammock chair separates the two balconies.





The fourth bedroom is located downstairs. This room features a twin/twin bunk bed, a full/full bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa where you can sleep two additional guests. There is also a Smart TV with a PlayStation. Perfect space for all the kids to hang out! The exterior steps are used to access this room that is separate from the main house.



Stay Salty is just steps away from a private beach access, wide enough for golf carts with beach permits, making it easy to bring along your gear for a day of sun and surf. Stay Salty is a non smoking unit. Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

Outside Life is not available for guest use.



Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.  





This unit rents for a full week during peak season and holiday weeks.
