Seaside Serenity: Your Luxury Beach Home Rental in the Windmark North Beach Community.

This new, clean luxury designed home with everything you need for a great beach vacation is a short walk to the BEACH (3-5minutes). The Windmark North community is a quiet place to enjoy the Forgotten Coast. Your stay will include access to the Windmark community town center which is 2miles down the beach walk (accessible via golf cart, rentals available) or by car. The Windmark Community offers so much including a resort-style pool, fitness center (days passes additional), nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The cute nearby downtown has casual and fine dining including the View on Old 98.

In our welcome guide we provide information on a golf cart rentals which run about $490/week.
The beach is less than 2 blocks away or a 6-9 minute walk.

The space Come experience coastal luxury in this beautiful new construction single-family home with 6 bedrooms. 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 sets of full size bunk beds, day bed with trundle and a sleeper sofa.

The modern coastal décor carries an inviting feel. LVP floors carry throughout the home along with quartz countertops, and stainless appliances; fully stocked with all linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities.

The kitchen, dining, and living offer an open living concept. The kitchen is fully stocked including items for baking. Enjoy access to a large pantry, fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher. Smart TVs are in the living room and every bedroom.

The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen Roku television, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom is en suite; complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room.

There are two additonal full bathrooms.

Two additional bedrooms both have king beds (one of which is on the ground floor for convenience of those who cannot climb stairs easily). Two additonal queen bedrooms bring the total of 5 private bedrooms. There is a game room with Pac Man and foosball with a day bed and trundle for sleeping for 2. There is a bonus upstairs living room with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds which can sleep several more people. Finally, the sofa sleeper is an additional sleeping option.

All guest rooms have comfortable bedding, great natural light, and closet access.

Private laundry is available with a starter supply of detergent.

A beach wagon is provided as well as an outdoor shower. Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. The large community pool offers a zero-entry splash pad for kids, plenty of lounge chairs, as well a playground. In addition, there are several beach access points with 3.5 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running, and even nature photography or you can visit the city center which is home to Fit as a Fiddle for yoga and weights. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean. Windmark Beach has all the amenities to provide a memorable vacation.

Absolutely no tampons or anything else other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets.

Flushable wipes are not allowed. This will cause damage to the sewage system and water and toilets to be unusable. Guests will be billed for any damage caused.
