Welcome to Blame It on the Sunset, a beautiful home nestled along the peaceful pondfront in Barrier Dunes.
This charming retreat offers a comfortable living room, perfect for family game nights or unwinding after a day of adventures.
From the well stocked kitchen to the dining area, with seating for six, this home provides a great space for shared family meals.
Leading from the kitchen level, you’ll ascend to the main living area. Here, you’ll find The Captain’s Quarters, the spacious master suite with a king bed and an attached bath for ultimate privacy and comfort. As you continue down the hall, you'll pass the laundry area, leading you to the queen bedroom, which also has its own attached bath.
From this floor, a spiral staircase takes you up to a cozy loft area, offering two twin beds and a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the views.
Step outside to enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or explore the wonderful amenities that Barrier Dunes has to offer. Take a dip in one of the two community pools, including a Gulf-front pool with stunning views.
Enjoy serene views of the pond, where you can watch turtles at play, let the kids play on the playground, or take a short stroll to the beach for a day of relaxation by the water.

Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.
Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $150 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.
