Spanning approximately 2,500 sq ft, this expansive beachfront property offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a versatile bunk room, and a spacious downstairs carport, providing ample room for all your needs. Busha’s Bungalow sleeps 12 and allows one dog, with prior approval from our staff.

The spacious bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, with the master suite and two upstairs bedrooms providing direct access to breathtaking beach views. The ensuite bathrooms are elegantly appointed, offering a spa-like experience to unwind after a day in the sun. The bunk room adds versatility and extra sleeping space for guests or younger family members, while the storage rooms are perfect for keeping all your beach gear, water toys, and luggage.

An outdoor shower on the boardwalk and a full bathroom located in the carport make it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach. This home is truly a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern luxury, ready to offer you a tranquil beachfront lifestyle.

Guests have access to the kayaks, grill, beach chairs, and beach.

- There is a lift elevator but it is NOT functioning for guest use. If you or someone in your group has limited mobility please contact us and we can discuss options.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

-This property is dog-friendly, with prior approval required from our Reservations team before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies for one dog weighing 50 lbs or less. If you wish to bring a second pet, an additional $75 fee will apply, subject to approval.

- Our property maintains a strict no smoking or vaping policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. - There is a lift elevator but it is locked and not available for use. If we find evidence of tampering or damage you will be charged.

Not a good experience! The ad mentions 5 bedrooms. One is in a dreary, musty, unfinished basement. I would not let anyone stay there. We were supposed to have a niece join us with her husband and child. We told them not to come. Secondly the ad reads pet friendly. That is completely inaccurate, this home is NOT pet friendly at all. There is nowhere to walk the dog so we had to do laps in the very small front yard area. You can’t walk him down the street as the neighbors yell at you if the dog even steps foot on their lawn. We also could not walk the dog down the “advertised” path to the beach as we got a nasty note that they can’t step on the sand dunes. There is no other way to get the pet to the beach unless you put them in a car and drive them. Not at all a pet friendly not people friendly experience. We paid more for 4 nights than a week at other places with more bathrooms and usable bedrooms and the floor plan is a mess! Don’t go! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The house was great. Location was great. Property manager was great. But the neighbors were pains in the butt- they complained about everything. Dog haters for sure. They have cameras that face our place, etc. felt bad for the property manager. They probably have him on speed dial.

Great location, excellent neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked and home in good condition. Easy walk out to the beach. Covered parking was very nice, two cars fit tandem. Only issue was full bathroom for the downstairs bedroom required you to exit the home and access through the garage. (Our teenagers didn’t mind)

I feel we were blessed to find this beach house. There we 10 of us. Our 2nd annual friends vacay together. House was perfect for us. View is amazing. We did not have any issues except my daughter lock the downstairs bathroom door and we could not get back in it. Property manager reached out after I sent a message to them. Their response was quick to get the door unlocked. House is very nice. Beds were comfy. The area/neighborhood is very nice. We like the more private beach access away from touristy areas. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to us. Highly recommended this place.

A Peaceful experience of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The indigent and savage crowd thats attracted to skinny lights and welcomed by near by PCB is no where to be found. No tomfoolery here. Just peace, serenity, and a beautiful property that meet every need of the family. Great Stay, Great Experience. 5 stars!

Although we had a good time and stay, I was rather disappointed with a few things. The main one being the cleanliness. It’s subpar at best but even then. I wish I would have gotten proper answers about the washer after asking multiple times and not knowing until the afternoon of the next day. We had a good trip and stay though. Thank you guys.

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had all the necessities you need to accommodate a house of 5 adults, 3 children and a dog. It was a wonderful trip and hope to stay at this location again.
