MAISON AVANT GOLFE SUR LE CAP SAN BLAS


Jubilee est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Les cinq chambres ont une vue magnifique sur la plage.


Au premier étage, il y a 4 chambres. Tous les lits ont des surmatelas, des oreillers en plumes et des couettes. La premiÚre chambre est la chambre avec lits superposés; super pour les enfants. Les deux chambres suivantes sont des lits queen et offrent une vue imprenable! La quatriÚme chambre au premier étage a un lit king size et une salle de bain partagée entre les chambres 3 et 4. Il y a aussi une autre salle de bain pour les 1Úre et 2Úme chambres.


Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage de cette maison est spectaculaire. Les vues sont Ă  couper le souffle avec de grandes fenĂȘtres ouvertes pour s'imprĂ©gner du tout. Ceci est le salon de la maison. Il y a des espaces de vie, de salle Ă  manger et de cuisine tous larges et ouverts. Dans le salon, il y a une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La cuisine a des appareils haut de gamme et de magnifiques armoires. La meilleure partie de tout cet Ă©tage est la vĂ©randa grillagĂ©e hors de la cuisine avec beaucoup de choix assis / couchage! Il y a un demi-bain Ă  cet Ă©tage.


La suite parentale de cette maison occupe tout le troisiÚme étage! Cette chambre a un lit king size et une magnifique salle de bain complÚte. Bien sûr, les vues sont incroyables ici aussi!


Il ne manque rien dans cette maison et vous procurera vĂ©ritablement confort et pur JUBILÉ!

Cape San Blas never disappoints but this house—STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I did attempt to attach photos

CSB is a family favorite of ours! We have been coming almost annually for the last 10 years and it never disappoints. We did not make it to the Cape in 2024 and I’m aware that there has been some pretty aggressive weather to say the least.I’ve looked at this house many times when passing by and it just always looked so gorgeous but it was also really out of our price range during prime season. However, this year we were coming earlier and so it was doable.The house has been mostly left to slowly fall apart. It was not very clean and the showers had thick black mold in them. The grill looked like it would fall apart if you just touched it and there were ants that just kept coming and crawling around the third floor bathroom sink andall over the kitchen counter near the sink. The washing machine had to consistently be adjusted to each cycle or it wouldn’t run. There was also a cracked window on the main living floor. Because of beach erosion, which, of course the owner would have no control over the house is sitting almost directly on the ocean, and the two houses prior to have basically fallen into the ocean. So there’s really not much beach. But the old boardwalk that went over, the dune is still there with a board across it. It’s collapsing, and there was rebar and giant chunks of concrete all through the beach, which was pretty small in front of the house. I did go and get a rake to clean those hazards out for my family. Definitely visit CBS but STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach. There was debris from the past hurricane so we had to be careful in the ocean but the home is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for our family of 9 to stay comfortably.

Totally disappointed in Jubilee! Location was nice on a quiet stretch of the beach. That is where the "good" stopped. Showers were covered in black mildew/mold. Sent someone to clean it but it needed much more. remnants of dog feces on the rug in the family room. A/C filters had not been changed in almost a year, even though place was rented out to tenants with dogs. Upstairs bathroom was a disaster. Something growing on the shower floor, no hot water, very little water pressure. Running the dishwasher was a waste of time as not enough water to clean the dishes. Unit needed a lot of work. Oven was supported by a block of wood on one side and nothing on the other. Dangerous exposed rusty wire in back from a sand dune fence by the beach. Ice maker did not work. Pictures showed wine fridge or ice maker but was just an empty space in the cabinet. Full trash cans were at the street when we arrived so no room for our garbage until next pick up day. Host said we could bring our trash down to the office.. Kitchen trash can had not been cleaned, A/C vents throughout the house covered in black mold/mildew. We ended up leaving a day early as several of us were having breathing problems likely from the mold. We paid a premium for the rental and certainly didn't get what we paid for. Emails to the host have gone unanswered. Definitely don't recommend!

Great location, specially in winter, feel like you at beach but warm and cozy inside, dated, but all houses get that way with age, just remember,lots and lots of stairs,but that’s the sacrifice of view and right on beach,

Amazing time!!!

Every year We visiting Florida beaches for several times. This place is really Amazing!!! We fall in love immediately!!! It spacious, very stylish and you will find everything you need! Location and Views is the most beautiful and perfect! Will definitely coming back soon!!! Thank you very much!!!

This is a beautiful home with phenomenal views. The mattresses are comfortable but there is no bathtub in the home. The kitchen is well equipped and we spent a lot of time on the screened porch.

In dire need of deep cleaning

The pictures on this site do not reflect how the property looks currently. We were disappointed to see that the upholstered furniture was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. The rental company was nice enough to provide us with sheets to cover them with during our stay. We also saw about a dozen roaches within the first 24 hours we were there. They provided us with roach poisoning to put in the cabinets, Raid to spray, and sent Pest Control out. Pest Control said they found droppings from American Roaches and placed poison in the rooms. Thankfully, after Pest Control came we saw several dead roaches the next day in the kitchen and bedrooms, unfortunately several live ones as well. Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals also sent someone to replace lightbulbs that were not working during our stay, but did not fix the one shower sprayer in the bathroom along with the main bathroom lights in the master bathroom. They did send another cleaning company out to re-clean the house, which was great after having killed so many roaches on the floors. It definitely needed bleaching again! The washer quit working on New Year’s Eve and we were unable to get anyone to fix before we left. Someone at the office told us to try and drain it by hitting cancel or turning off the breaker. We tried both but they did not work. I am aware it was a holiday and it’s hard to find someone to complete service calls. Thankfully, our clothes were not locked in there, only their towels. This house is large and has a WONDERFUL view with a great location! However, we feel that it needs to be deep cleaned. Cabinet door facings, furniture, rugs, doors, baseboards, and many other small odd jobs needs to be tended to, such as missing lights, missing tiles, paint chipping in places, rust on fireplaces, musty smelling bunk room, missing hanging rod in bedroom closet, and appliances needing deep cleaning. When you pay this much to rent a home, you expect it to be in a good condition and clean. You shouldn’t have to put out roach bait and fear that you’ll take a roach home in your luggage! We have stayed in this area many times but this was the first time with this rental company. We have never had any issues until this year. We did leave a day early because of cleanliness and lack of a working washing machine which meant no clean towels or clothes. The company and owner did give us a partial refund of about 25%, but that didn’t really make up for our troubles. So disappointed!
