One of the best parts of vacation is having the freedom to spend your days exactly how you want. At Escape on the Cape, you don`t have to leave the property to enjoy yourself.

Step outside to your private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or spending an afternoon relaxing without the crowds. Optional pool heating is available seasonally, allowing guests to enjoy the pool during cooler months.

Inside, the open-concept living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a 75-inch television, and a beautifully equipped kitchen and dining space. Whether you`re cooking breakfast before heading to the beach, enjoying a family dinner, or settling in for movie night, there`s room to make yourself at home.

Looking for a little friendly competition? Enjoy the small ping pong table, or take advantage of the provided bikes and helmets to explore the surrounding area. Pickleball paddles and balls are also available for guests who want to enjoy a game nearby.

With five bedrooms spread across two levels, the home offers a comfortable layout for families and groups traveling together.

-First Floor: Primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and private bathroom.
- Second Floor: Three bedrooms featuring queen-size beds.
- Second Floor: Additional bedroom featuring a bunk bed with two full-size mattresses and a twin trundle.

Each bedroom includes its own 55-inch television, giving everyone a place to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

One of the things that makes Escape on the Cape special is its location. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood on the North End, you`ll enjoy a quieter setting while still being close to everything that makes Cape San Blas such a favorite vacation destination.

- Gulf Beach Access: Just a short distance away, with public beach access approximately a two-minute drive from the home. Spend your days enjoying the beautiful white sand, swimming, searching for seashells, or watching the sunset over the Gulf.
- Deeded Bay Access: A short walk from the property provides access to the beautiful waters of St. Joseph Bay. Bring your own kayaks or paddleboards and enjoy exploring the calm waters and natural surroundings.

**Optional Pool Heating**
Pool heating is available October 15 through May 1 for an additional $35 per day.
- Pool heating must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
- The heating fee applies to the entire reservation, not individual days.
- The pool is typically heated to approximately 80–82°F, although actual water temperatures may vary depending on outdoor temperatures, wind, and weather conditions.
- Guests should not adjust the pool equipment. If you experience any issues with the pool temperature or equipment, please contact us so we can assist.

**Guest Access**
Guests will have access to the entire home and its amenities, with the exception of the locked owner`s closets located in the primary bathroom and upstairs hallway bathroom, along with the locked attic.

*Primary renter must be 25 years old or older and no unregistered guests allowed to stay overnight.

*Pool Safety Notice:
This is a private pool and is unsupervised with no lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage related to pool use. No diving.

*No Mail or Package delivery to the property
(you can use a local amazon locker or UPS pick up location).

*To maintain cleanliness and comfort, we ask that guests do not eat in the bedrooms; please use the dining area provided

*By booking this property, guests confirm they have read and agree to all house rules.

*Pool services is on Wednesday and Saturday.
