« Unfortunately, after completing the booking, I never received the entry code. On the day of arrival, I sent the host a message through the VRBO app but did not receive a response. I then contacted VRBO, and their attempts to reach the host were also unsuccessful.VRBO ultimately issued a refund. While en route to the destination, I was able to secure a hotel instead. « The house as not ready at 4 pm check-in. We were unable to unload and prepare for the event we were there for.Once we did return, the beds seemed clean as did the towels, and the inside of the house.The house was really a nice house, newly remodeled but not in a good location.
