Do you need a comfortable home-away-from-home for weeks or months? Forget your worries in this serene space with a dedicated Host. This locally owned and operated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Nederland. The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests with plush, well-designed living spaces, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.

As you enter, you`ll find yourself in an open concept living area, with the living room flowing seamlessly into the dining area, and kitchen. The laundry area is conveniently situated off the kitchen. The primary bedroom and ensuite full bath are down the hallway on the left. [Host`s Note: The ensuite bathroom has a shower stall that is 24`x24` and the showerhead is 72` high. Please take it`s size into consideration when booking.] And the other two bedrooms and full-size hallway bathroom are located down the hallway to the right.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house and yard. This includes three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a comfortably furnished outdoor living space on the back patio. You`ll also have access to expected amenities such as air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking on the premises.
