Traveling to this area for work and need a comfortable home-away-from-home for weeks or even months?

Relax and enjoy this peaceful and stylish home: a pristine 3 BR/2BA house decorated in earthy tones of chocolate, orange, and gold. The three BRs have incredibly comfortable pillow-top queen beds and black out curtains to enhance solitude while you`re sleeping. Two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom.

All three bedrooms have plush pillow-top queen size beds, with plenty of closet space. There is a smart TV in each bedroom plus the living room, as well as hi-speed wi-fi. There is a full laundry room next to the kitchen, stocked with laundry soaps and dryer sheets. Plenty of well-lit parking is available in front of the home.

The whole house and backyard is exclusive to guests.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $35 fee.

LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
YES, PETS ARE ALLOWED. However, there is a $150 fee for bringing a pet into the home.

SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the house. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee.
