« This property is a lovely little cottage perfect for a couple or small family (max 4 people). It is in a great location in the old town of Poole, it is 1 minute from the harbour and restaurants. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The stairs are steep, as others have noted, but that wasn’t a problem for us and made the place even more charming. »

« This property was absolutely fantastic. It had everything you needed plus more, to have a great stay. Its in a great location. Very clean, we were shown around and told we only need to knock next door if we had any problems. We didnt. Bueatiful space outside with tables and chairs and a lovely fish pond. "I was having breakfast and A staff member wouldn’t let me leave the restaurant before I paid when you usually pay at checkout. She chased me as I was leaving the restaurant and made me feel like a thieve. On top of that, the staff at the reception made my wife pay a second time for the same breakfast! Then we had to go back and forth to prove that we had already paid and obtain a refund! Outrageous!"
