Owned by Elizabeth Mittauer, the house has been under renovation for almost nine months. Mrs. Mittauer worked with Carrie Whitsell Interiors to give the property a designer look and feel. The artwork is elegant and yet fun; the beds are super comfortable; and the kitchen is well stocked with a family in mind. It is a top beach house.
The location of The Fabulous Flamingo is perfect. St. Augustine is mere minutes away with memorable tours and restaurants. Not into the City scene, the Guana River Preserve is right across the street. Have dinner at Cap's On the Water and watch the boats go down the Intracoastal while admiring the breathtaking sunset.
