Our house is full of character, showcasing many of its original features that we have lovingly preserved. Located in the heart of the city centre, Canto Do AtlĂąntico is the ideal base to explore SĂŁo Miguel.
Close to the island's best restaurants, cafes and natural wonders, our home sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Beyond the bedrooms, you'll find 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio with a âchurrasqueiraâ and a large basement. Alongside plenty of free street parking, our house also has a private garage - a rarity in the city.

Note: The property is located in the city centre and you may therefore hear street noise.
IMPORTANT: In accordance with local government regulations, as of 01 January 2025 the municipality of Ponta Delgada has introduced a "tourist tax" ("A Taxa TurĂstica Municipal de Ponta Delgada"). At check-in a tax of âŹ2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights will need to be paid. This is applicable to all individuals aged 13 and over who are not residents of the Autonomous Region of the Azores. I appreciate your understanding.
