Situated nearby Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, its ideally placed for your holiday. Whether dining in the chic restaurants amongst cobbled streets in Pollensa, relaxing on the golden sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa there is something for everyone. WiFi  and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Located in a unique spot central to the Pollensa countryside, the Old Town of Pollensa with its cobbled streets, vibrant local market and traditional restaurants is 7 minutes’ drive away. If you love pretty coves, the 3 beaches of Cala St Vicente, only 10 minutes’ drive away provide great snorkelling nearby. Alternatively, if you prefer sweeping sandy bays and chic marinas then Puerto Pollensa is for you, both can also be reached by car. If you are a golf enthusiast, this might be the villa for you with the 9-hole Pollensa golf course only 5 minutes’ drive away. The course has an excellent restaurant and incredible views to the sea.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17.30 to 19.30 and from 22.00 to 09.00.
