The exterior gardens are simply magnificent, with a large private swimming pool and lawn, and fantastic scenic views of the Tramuntana Mountains as you swim or sunbathe. The exterior table and chairs are under a pergola, shaded from the sun for alfresco dining in comfort. The brick BBQ is to one side of the pool. The private parking area is gated from the lane, and is lined with exotic shrubs and palms.
The main entrance is at the front of Villa Collet Vell and leads you to the living area that has a lounge with an ornamental fireplace and flat screen TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. Double patio doors open onto the covered alfresco eating area overlooking the grounds to the mountainside. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an adjoining utility room and access to the pool area by the side of the house.
All 3 bedrooms have a traditional beamed ceiling and splendid views over the garden to the mountains. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, the 2 more bedrooms, one double and one twin , that share a separate bathroom at the end of the hallway. Air conditioning/heating In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
