Logement
Très bien décoré dans un style local, avec l'avantage supplémentaire de la climatisation et du chauffage central dans toutes les chambres.
Les plafonds, avec poutres et sol carrelé en terre cuite, lui confèrent charme et caractère. Ce logement spacieux offre, au rez-de-chaussée, le salon, deux chambres en suite, une salle de bain complète et une cuisine.
Le salon-salle à manger lumineux et spacieux offre des sièges confortables, une télévision par satellite et un lecteur DVD, une cheminée et une connexion Internet.
Depuis le salon, vous accédez à deux chambres doubles avec leurs salles de bains respectives en suite.
La cuisine, moderne et équipée, comprend un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, un four électrique, une cuisinière à gaz, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur.
L'escalier mène à deux chambres doubles (l'une d'elles a une terrasse extérieure donnant sur la campagne environnante)

La piscine, avec sa forme inhabituelle, est entourée de terrasses confortables à côté de jardins bien entretenus.
Vous trouverez également une douche au bord de la piscine et des toilettes complètes. Pour les amateurs de tennis de table, une table de ping-pong est mise à disposition sur une terrasse attenante à la piscine.

Il y a un étang décoratif au milieu des jardins colorés. La terrasse couverte avec barbecue est un endroit idéal pour des déjeuners détendus et des cocktails en soirée.
La zone de lavage avec machine à laver est située juste derrière la terrasse couverte.

Overall this is a really nice villa. It was very clean with lovely bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The outside seating area is lovely looking over the beautiful garden with a bbq. The property is well maintained and the pool is really lovely and very clean. There are quite a few cats living in the garden and this is the only downside if you do not like cats.

Holiday of a lifetime

Villa Barrio is an incredible holiday home with wonderful hosts. The gardens and swimming pool are just fabulous, the house is a perfect Spanish style and comfortable home with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. Lovely BBQ area and terrace for perfect alfresco dining. I could not recommend this Villa highly enough. Angela and Sonya went above and beyond to make our holiday special. This is a very special villa in a beautiful part of Majorca.

Wonderful Villa

Villa Bario is stunning, the gardens are beautiful, superb traditional building with fantastic seating areas, bbq etc. The location is peaceful but only a short drive from Pollenca. We all loved the pool (especially the kids). Angela the host was fantastic, responding to every question we had, cannot recommend it enough.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Barrio. The property was beautifully presented, the gardens are huge and give a real sense of seclusion. The outside dining area was the best we have experienced. Fabulous villa

The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Very well equipped and very clean. The gardens are enormous and beautifully kept, they also make the villa totally private. The pool area is well furnished with a lovely large pool, which is regularly maintained. The owners are very quick to reply to any questions and are delightful to deal with. Everyone in our party and a great holiday and would highly recommend the villa.

Beautiful Villa in outstanding gardens

The pictures of the Villa and it’s gardens/pool area don’t do the property justice, it’s such a lovely spot to relax for a week, whilst also being close to Pollensa and the port/other beaches for day trips. The Villa is well equipped, all good sized bedrooms and we loved the traditional Majorcan style. But the outside seating areas, the bbq area for evening meals, the outstanding gardens and the pool area are the real star of this Villa. Would recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back Ross

Great for relaxing holiday

We enjoyed a relaxing and easy stay for a week at the finca and everything went really smoothly - it is a lovely and natural landscape full of wonderful areas to explore on the property and a beautiful sunset from the terrace. Our family looked forward to coming back and relaxing by the pool grilling at the end of a beach day. Would come back anytime! It is close to Pollensa old town but I would recommend a car to get around to the nearby beaches and hiking. Thanks Angela!

This house is a true gem and we’ll be back for sure! We rented this house for our family vacation. The property offers everything we were looking for while on vacation - quiet and away from major towns and roads, it was a great place for our kids to just hang out. At the same time close to the beach, groceries, restaurants, and the gorgeous Puerto de Pollença, etc. The owners/hosts are absolutely fantastic and extremely quick to respond when needed. Loved it! Beautiful villa perfect for families

Lovely villa perfect for our family holiday. The gardens, outdoor seating areas and pool are all beautiful and well maintained. The location is great, just ten minute drive to Puerto Pollensa and similar time to get to the old town of Pollensa and supermarkets even closer. Our 3 year old loved the resident cats and enjoyed walking down the road to see the goats. If you usually get bitten by mosquitoes then remember to pack your repellent as there were quite a lot outside, I think because the villa is near to a small creek and has a pond in the garden, they are there day and night. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay!

Lovely home

Lovely typical Mallorcan home. The host/ owner was very friendly and helpful. Huge gardens that are well maintained. Very private villa. There are two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom, two en-suite bedrooms downstairs and a separate shower room. There is also a further toilet and shower out by the pool. There are cats that live in the garden but they are super gentle and helped our daughters get over their fear of cats!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Perfekte Kommunikation schon nach der Buchung, Anfragen wurden immer innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet. Vor Ort ebenfalls alles perfekt, ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer beeindruckenden Gartenlandschaft. Pool ebenfalls auch sehr schön und konnte im April schon gut genutzt werden. Ausstattung im Haus alles vorhanden. Auch die Lage auf der Insel als Startpunkt für Ausflüge perfekt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder :)

Superb villa in a quiet and beautiful setting.

The villa was fabulous and the surrounding gardens were stunning. We had a wonderful family holiday all together. The children loved the pool - as did we all! We had a bbq every evening and the view from the terrace was beautiful. It was a very peaceful setting with just the sound of the cicadas and all the small frogs in the pond! The few queries I had before we arrived were swiftly resolved by the host. We couldn’t have wanted for more - even the weather was kind to us! A very happy holiday had by all.

The location of the villa was perfect for us , we hired bikes and regularly cycled into pollensa . The cycle tools us about 15 min. The villa was very comfortable for us all with everything you could ask for . Outside dining was a joy as there were several areas we could pick from overlooking the wonderful gardens . The pool area was amazing separate to the villa but just a few strides to an incredibly beautiful pool big enough to do lengths. We had great fun with our grandson who has turned into a water baby . We will definitely return to Angela’s villa who was a no fuss host who handled any queries we put her way .

Wunderbares Anwesen

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen in der Villa bei Pollenca (4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer), die auf einem sehr großen, wunderbar gepflegten, uneinsehbaren und ruhigen Grundstück mit schönem Pool steht. Wir wurden von der freundlichen Inhaberin persönlcih begrüßt, die uns auch auf wichtige Details hinwies (z.B. die 4 Katzen nicht ins Haus zu lassen). Das Haus ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt über eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und separater Sitzgruppe für 8 Personen. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die Strände von Port de Pollenca und Port d'Alcudia (10-15 Minuten). Wir haben in den letzten Jahren schon verschiedene Villen/Fincas in dieser Gegend gemietet und diese hat uns allen am besten gefallen. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Quiet relaxing property

This is a beautiful property located in a quiet region between Pollença and Port de Pollença. We picked it due to its proximity to biking routes. Our group of 7 adults were comfortable in the four bedrooms. The property includes several cats as well as a few more from the neighbors. They mostly stayed outdoors except for a surprise visit one evening via an open upstairs window. We enjoyed the pool daily to cool down from the heat. Because of the proximity of this property to a small river, mosquitos limited our use of the beautiful outdoor space. We had hoped by October, they would be less of an issue.

A absolute gem!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Pollensa. Even if you are staying with friends or family, there are so many areas you can escape to on the property because it's so well designed. You can't help but feel so relaxed sitting outside in the sun, and the patio is a dream, so beautiful and so calming. I could sit there for hours. We were lucky to have perfect weather on our stay and could enjoy the local beaches as well. This really is such a special property and I must add that the cleanliness was brilliant. This is very rare to find with holiday rentals. We had a 1 year old toddler who was always crawling around and it was perfectly clean for her. We couldn't believe how clean the washing machine was as well. Some appliances could be upgraded to nicer ones, but we had everything we needed and loved our stay! Very grateful to have found this listing! The only negative point for us was the mosquitoes and that's not something the owners of the home can control. Thank you so much to Angela for being so kind and for being quick to reply to any questions we had. We won't forget our time here!
