Hôtel bien situé, agréable, calme. Idéal pour se reposer. A 2 km du centre de Polis, cela se fait facilement à pieds. Ne parle pas Français contrairement à ce qui était stipulé sur votre site.

Excellent séjour au Natura Beach de Polis.
Très bel établissement dans un cadre magnifique et très reposant. Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner complet et varié, dîner également servis en terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. Établissement que je recommande pour un séjour au calme, la petite ville de Polis est à environ une vingtaine de minutes de marche.

Bien mais trop cher.
Hôtel de classe moyenne, calme avec belle vue sur la mer. La suite est grande et confortable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner est assez pauvre et le service quasi inexistant. Le mini-bar ne peut pas étre utilisé personnellement. Il faut payer un supplément pour avoir son propre frigo dans la chambre ! Le raport qualité-prix est trop élevé en comparaison avec d'autres hôtels de l'île.

Endroit paradisiaque pour ceux qui aiment la mer et la tranquillité. Très beau jardin donnant sur la plage et jolie piscine.Tres bon petit déjeuner élaboré à partir des produits de leur jardin.

Un bon hôtel mais la restauration à revoir
les chambres avec vue mer sont spacieuses et très confortables et bien insonorisées. La salle de bains est spacieuse par rapport aux standards grecs. La vue est magnifique. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et le wi-fi gratuit est correct. Le petit déjeuner est complet, voire trop complet : selon moi il faudrait réduire le choix pour améliorer la qualité : le café est vraiment mauvais et le jus d'orange frais m'a semblé fortement dilué. La restauration du soir donne le choix entre un buffet (très correct) et la carte. Pour autant l'accueil par le maître d'hôtel n'est pas chaleureux et n'a pas donné envie de revenir. Les tavernes et restaurants à Polis sont nettement plus accueillants et agréables.

Natura beach is set in beautiful grounds, by the sea and excellent swimming pools. If only they would refurb the rooms. Ours had an old laminate floor, scuffed skirting boards, grubby paintwork, needed a good clean into the corners, bed had no mattress protector, purely functional and did not feel like being on holiday. Bathroom was small, very poorly lit and old. Breakfasts, good selection of foods but no provision for me as a Coeliac despite my email prior to arrival. However, they definitely need a proper coffee maker, we could not drink the coffee and resorted to the jar of instant coffee on the side!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μπροστά στην θάλασσα. Δυστυχώς η θάλασσα είναι κάπως άγρια. Το ξενοδοχείο καθαρό. Τα δωμάτια λίγο σκοτεινά, δεν είχε φως στη βεράντα ούτε πολλά φώτα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Το μπαρ στην πισίνα αρκετά ακριβό, οι υπάλληλοι όμως πολύ εξυπηρετικοί.

This resort is in a lovely quiet location, you definitely need a car, it’s a long walk to any facilities. The hotel has well maintained grounds and is in a beautiful spot but the rooms are dated and the curtains were ripped and dirty! Lots of ants in other family member rooms and one night my husband woke up with a small cockroach crawling on him! It is rural and this should be taken into consideration when booking. The staff are laid back and not particularly friendly or interactive. The bar is more than basic and the drinks are not good, apart from beer and fresh orange juice. We had bed and breakfast but did not eat at breakfast as it was not to our taste after a couple of tries. The food is mainly home ground produce so again is basic which is fine but the milk was always warm and even gone sour! Can’t believe they don’t refrigerate it! The offered warm food was always cold even at 7.30am. The honey and home made preserves were nice, but sharing it with the flies was a no no for us! Every day on the front side of the hotel, the smell of human toilet was overpowering and I wonder if they have some sort of treatment plant here?? It is not at all nice! We had a nice rest here but would not return, it seems to be especially marketed to Germans.

Nice beach hotel in Polis
Very nice hotel on the beach in Polis on the northern coast of Cyprus. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night so didn’t get to use all that the hotel had to offer. We did have breakfast which was very good, a big variety with lots of homemade things on offer. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting the area.

Nicely located on the beach
A very nicely located hotel, straight onto the beach. We had a 2nd floor room with balcony facing the sea, so sea- and sunset view. Breakfast was very good with local and homemade specialties'. Hotel was a bit out of town, thereby being very quiet and relaxed.

Perfection!
We had a very nice stay! The place was clean, surrounded by nature with a fantastic view. The pools were clean and fresh. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with all the cypriot traditional tastes and the fact that mostly everything was homemade and organic was something that you don’t see in hotels usually. Maybe there could be few more bins with labels and right kind of bags for recycling at the Villas, now we just left all the recycling items on the table for the housekeeping to do. Definitely we’ll come back and enjoy the place for more than one night!! The place met our values with being ecological, it is so heartwarming to see Cypriot companies like this.

Such a shame.Great location ,gardens and grounds kept lovely. Room tired , in need of updating .No kettle facilties in room. Breakfast large selection but of very poor quality especially the hot food , even the fried eggs were awful . The massive plus for us was that it was dog friendly .Staff pleasant and in general very clean

The location is quiet and secluded yet close enough to the center of Polis for a short drive or cab ride. The grounds were well maintained with two large pools and beach access. Staff were Friendly and spoke English.

The facilities, especially main block rooms, are in desperate need of a comprehensive refurbishment. On our last visit, in our room (22), we encountered rotting laminate flooring, shower parts coming away from the wall and a toilet that was not fastened correctly to the floor and so rocked side to side. Corners seem to have also been cut in other areas too, specifically the breakfast range and quality, which was very poor. Most oddly was the decision to seemingly save on energy costs by turning off the majority of indoor lights until evening, making the completely unlit hallways dark, gloomy tunnels which were unsafe to traverse without a flashlight. All in all the above flaws are absolutely not acceptable for the price charged and the owner (who has a certain reputation when it comes to money) needs to get their wallet out and remedy these and likely many more unseen problems. Until then, I will find alternative accommodation when in the area.

Natura Beach Resort consist from 3 separate buildings with villas on the side, built on different periods. The rooms in the main building have been renovated first. The floor damage next to the sliding doors of the room, it seems that happened during the busy season of August and now the room is locked for the floor renovation. With all respect, we cannot accept your comment that the breakfast at our hotel was poor. We offer almost 70 different items on our breakfast buffet, with most of our products organic and homemade, i.e. dairy products like Haloumi, Anari or Pafos cheese, homemade marmalades, using fruits mainly from our trees, free range eggs, bread baked in our kitchen etc. The Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism awarded our breakfast as typical, high quality CYPRUS BREAKFAST due to its authenticity and organically grown products. Our guests are more than satisfied with our breakfast which they found rich and delicious. Regarding the accommodation price we would like to notice that it consists of many factors not only room and breakfast; the location - first sea line, middle of the bay, from one side Akamas, from other Pomos, extended beach and lawn, gardens and plantations, adding the magnificent views with incredibly beautiful sunsets; Facilities and amenities i.e. two big swimming pools (one Olympic size) are all part of the price. Natura Beach Resort has one of the highest numbers of repeating guests in Cyprus, who are very pleased and satisfied of the price and quality they get.

Lage am weiten Srrand von Polis bahezu einzigartig. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in einer der Villen- das Hotel selbst war geschlossen. Daher kann ich nichtüber diverse Serviceleistungen urteilen. Einziger merkbarer Mangel war, dass im Haus nur lauwarmes Wasser zur Verfügung stand. Die Sonne hagtte einfach nicht genug Kraft, um über die Solarpanele heisses Wasser zu produzieren. Da wir ein Baby mit hatten, war das ein wenig unangenehm.

The room was advertised as a two double beds but we got a two single bed instead. We had to make a request to get at least one double bed. The air condition was not working. The breakfast had variety but was low on quality, juices were watered down, only one type of coffee available. Some staff were friendly enough but others were grumpy. Not very excited about our stay, will not visit again

Nowhere we advertise that our rooms have 2 double beds, we offer rooms with 1 double bed (180cm), or twin bedrooms with 2 single beds which are put next to each other. To say my dear that our breakfast is low on quality, is not accepted, with all this organic food we are offering.

Empfang war grundsätzlich nett, die Frage nach Strandhandtüchern wurde aber verneint, da diese scheinbar gerade alle ausgegeben wurden; eine Lösung wurde aber nicht angeboten, z.B. dass andere Handtücher bereitgelegt werden. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, überall dunkle Haare, im Sanitärbereich und im gesamten Raum. Die herbeigerufene Reinigungskraft fegte 25 Sekunden durch Zimmer, verteilte die Haare, aber reinigte das Zimmer leider nicht. Daneben waren die Armaturen verrostet, die Türen schmierig, das Bett durchgelegen und an der Balkontür standen Schrauben heraus (Verletzungsgefahr). Der Fitnessraum befindet sich im Keller und ist muffig, bzw. der Rede nicht Wert. Hier würde auch keiner der Angestellten trainieren wollen, geschweige denn die Gäste, auf 3 alten Fahrrädern. Dann bitte keinen Fitnessraum anbieten. Die Strandliegen waren alt und rostig. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für mehr als 100 Euro pro Nacht. Grundsätzlich haben wir für vieles Verständnis und beschweren uns eigentlich nicht, aber hier passt Preis-Leistung überhaupt nicht. Das Highlight aber kam beim Check-Out. Nach unserem Kommentar bei Expedia wurden wir als unhöflichste Gäste überhaupt beschimpft, dabei wurde die mangelnde Sauberkeit und andere Punkte von einer Vielzahl an Gästen bereits bemerkt. Schade, mit etwas mehr Respekt gegenüber den Gästen hätte man die Situation zur Zufriedenheit aller doch klären können... Keine Weiterempfehlung!

We know who you are, Mr Anonymous. Your comments are malignant, totally inaccurate and wrong, result of a hostile and extremely negative attitude! You stayed with us less than 18 hours, and just after your arrival - well before your departure you released your sick review! - Have you been paid for that? - Was your aim and objective a free stay? We inform you, that just after your departure the room was checked by experts and it was found in an EXCELLENT condition. Your comments are a pure libelus and we have already taken the appropriate action!

We only stayed for one night and arrived after a long day at 9.10pm and was really hungry , but the kitchen closed at 9pm , we thought we would have been offered a sandwich or something quick but no, and there was no crisps or nuts behind the bar , so had to wait till breakfast , which all we can say is glad i had my own tetley tea bags and , we had a lovely cold fried egg , lovely hotel though

A beautiful part of the island , beautiful view , very serene and quiet. Not a luxurious experience , staff couldn’t be bothered , beds were rock hard but my family had a very nice time just taking in the nature and beauty around us.
