« The unique thing about the Halfway House Inn is that it is truly dog friendly, no rip off £15 - 20 a night charge that we got at all the other hotels/pubs we stayed in on our 18 days away. We were made to feel welcome with our dog and not treated like 2nd class citizens »

« Une très grande chambre donnant sur le beer garden (un peu de bruit et des odeurs de cigarettes). Une salle de bains un peu salle (cheveux, etc.). Un accueil chaleureux et un très bon petit-déjeuner. »

« The Globe is a great pub/ bed and breakfast. The room we had was large and clean with a en-suite shower room. The breakfast was excellent and you can choose what you like from their cooked breakfast list the night before.The village of Buckfastleigh is very nice and you have the Abbey and moors on your doorstep. Great value. »

« Une chambre de bonne taille avec vue sur le cours d’eau, située au-dessus d’un pub mais très calme. Une chambre propre avec un lit confortable. Une salle de bains récente et propre, avec puits de lumière et dotées de produits de douche éco-responsables et locaux. Pour information, pas de télévision. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et préparé avec des produits frais et locaux. »

« If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds.
