Despite numerous calls to VRBO in the preceding week, they would not and refund the payment until I turned up at the property. When I arrived, the host was not aware that the property had been rented. I eventually received a refund but the whole experience was a disaster. »

« We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations...
