« Clean, well equipped, spacious, centrally located to Levi and the convention center. I was there for a conference. It was as a short drive to the convention center. Less than 5 minutes. Apartment comes with an underground parking spot. Facilities with a pool, game room and meeting spaces. Apartment has a great balcony. And it has a washer and dryer. I would recommend it. host was very gracious and accommodating. 5 stars »

« Overall, I had a nice stay here for 3 nights. It had all the basic essentials that I needed, except for the clothes dryer that was listed in the amenities, which I really could've used. I found it a little uncomforting that the 2nd bedroom was locked and inaccessible, I was unaware of that before booking. Being a single woman, it just made me feel a little uneasy not knowing exactly what is behind those doors..probably is nothing but still uncomfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful when...

« Stayed with my daughter while she was doing a stem camp in menlo park. Great amenities. Good gym, beautiful pool, free arcade. About 12 minute drive to many restaurants, shopping, target, Stanford, etc. Host was easily accessible. I found the magnetic door key to be a bit difficult at first, but with a little practice got better. You have to really push firmly. Host does say that in instructions, but he really really means it. Kitchen fairly well stocked, lots of spices/seasonings for cooking....

« The little amenities in the room were very nice. It received a lower rating for the following reasons. The shower did not work properly nor the fan in the bathroom. The fire alarm kept going off because of the steam from the bathroom. Our water was shut for three hours one day due to maintenance. This was not disclosed to us before our stay. »

« This was a great location. Came down with the fam for niners game. The condo was just as expexcted as far as layout. . The biggest disappointment, their were black ants all over the counters. Made a meal the first night and ants went all in the food. SUPER DISAPPOINTED after the money we paid. Also stayed there 5 nights. Only had two trash bags (dollar store quality). Nice area, but would not stay here again for the price we paid and the issue we had. »

« I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

« I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of...
