Hôtels près du Pizza Express à Londres

« Such a welcoming and beautifully decorated hotel. The staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. A special mention to Soad who checked us in and looked after us throughout our stay. He even organised a special treat for our son’s birthday which made it an unforgettable stay. »

« Management, hotel staff, and bar staff were genuinely nice and helpful people. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Great location and immaculate rooms. Don’t hesitate to stay here. »

« Centrally located spot that was both spacious and clean. We were thankful the room had air conditioning as London experienced a heat wave during our stay! Staff was amazing! »

« Everything about this place was terrific!! »

« Very good location- communication via WhatsApp with hotel staff very handy. However, the hotel had issues with hot water during 24 hours and failed to fix it swiftly. With freezing temperatures, it meant no showers during a full day, Unacceptable in my view for such a standard ! And they completely disregarded the Expedia member status. »

« Très bien »
