This private bedroom in a beautifully renovated house sleeps two guests on a king size bed. Equipped with a digital door knob that gives you peace of mind when it comes to safety and privacy. Utilize the kitchen and living room as shared common areas to make friends, or make your way back up to your room for restful solitude. We've got you covered with a workspace as well.

-- Freestanding 4 BR / 3-story home with its own street entrance. All bedrooms are private, with all other rooms/amenities shared between guests, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and all bathrooms.

-- Sleeps 2: King Size Bed

-- Parking: Free on-street parking

-- Bathrooms (Shared): Two full bathrooms located on the second & third floors.Half bathroom located on main level.Includes linens, toiletries, etc.

-- Internet: The speed is 1 Gigabit Verizon Fios connection (highest speed available).

-- Work from home: Desk and chair in bedroom with a power strip (8 outlets, 4 USB ports, including a USB-C charging port) for connecting electronics.

-- Smart TV with a complimentary Netflix account

-- Kitchen (Shared): The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and all essential utensils. Since this is a shared kitchen and the owners are vegetarian, we would like to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests; we kindly request that you limit your cooking activities to light cooking. Heavy cooking, which involves prolonged or excessive use of heat-generating appliances, is not permitted.

-- Please use the kitchen ONLY for light cooking (stovetop to warm up pre-cooked meals, prepare simple sandwiches, wraps, or salads, sauté vegetables or tofu, boil eggs, and prepare breakfast items like cereal, toast, yogurt, and fruit).

-- Please DO NOT use the kitchen for heavy cooking (deep-frying, grilling or barbecuing, or roasting any kind of meat, fish, or seafood).

-- Ensure proper ventilation while cooking to minimize odors and smoke. You can open the windows when heating food. Please clean up any spills, grease, or food residue.

-- Please do not open or use any utensils, pots, cutlery, and drinks from the owner's use only sections.

-- Coffee & Tea: Keurig K1500 machine

-- Dining Table (Shared): Suitable for 6 people

-- Pets: Not permitted

-- No Smoking indoors (smoking outdoors, please don't leave butts on the ground).

-- Air Conditioning / Heating

The guest has access to all shared areas of the home with their own private access to their booked room.

East Liberty is a highly sought-after Pittsburgh neighborhood! Enjoy a range of fine dining, such as Mola (Japanese) or Muddy Waters Oyster Bar, to fast food (T-Bell), and anywhere in between (check out Bird on the Run for a "gourmet chik-fil-a"). You can also find Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Market District grocery stores nearby! East Liberty has one of the highest walkability scores in Pittsburgh. So hop into the walking shoes and explore the area while stopping for refreshments at places like the St. Clair Social, Lorelei, and Muddy Waters. If you're keen on our room names, try exploring any of the parks Pittsburgh has to offer: Frick Park, Riverview Park, Highland Park, Schenley Park, North Park, South Park, and Point State Park.

Free on-street parking. Walkable to Penn Avenue, which is the HUB of East Liberty. Just a short drive and/or Uber to other neighborhoods in Pittsburgh.

Each guest is provided with a different key code for entry to provide peace of mind and safety during their stay.

House Rules:

No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
