This condo is just as described…. Clean, great location, safe and in the heart of Pismo Beach! The owners are communicative and very helpful. Our family of four enjoyed our 4 days in this condo. Parking is definitely a plus!

So cute!!!! Loved it!!!!
The condo was adorable and very clean. Absolutely spotless!!! It is very well taken care of with very nicely decorated comfortable furniture and beds. Everything was provided for from extra rolls of TP to fully functional kitchen, even an espresso machine and pods. A nice extra touch! The owner’s were very welcoming and accommodating before, during and after our stay. Elizabeth shared with us local restaurant recommendations that we used and throughly enjoyed. The condo is centrally located in the heart of Pismo Beach. Walking distance to most restaurants and activities. We will absolutely use again and share condo info with our friends. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Lovely condo
Enjoyed everything—well-equipped condo, terrific kitchen, nicely decorated, wonderful neighborhood within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, etc. Splash Cafe is always fantastic for clam chowder. Also really appreciated covered parking, elevator. Highly recommend.

Our winter escape
We have stayed here 5 times now and have always enjoyed our stay. Owners are excellent at communicating and keep the property well maintained. Location is perfect for walking to the pier/beach and many good restaurants nearby.

Excellent Location
I stayed with my sister for two weeks. The condo is comfortable and nicely furnished. We appreciated being able to park our rental car under cover. We never figured out the parking meters, so being able to walk downtown was very convenient. The owners communicated with us well and were very considerate. We hoped to stay there next year. Since it was previously booked for that time period, they graciously gave us contact with another owner in the building. They went out of their way to be helpful. It includes some extras--espresso machine and espresso pods, books and puzzles.

Perfect Beach Vacay

Lovely condo in Pismo
The property was perfectly located within easy walking distance of beach, town, restaurants. It was so clean and very well stocked with cooking utensils, coffee machines, and even coffee! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths made it absolutely perfect for us with 2 couples. We enjoyed our stay so much. This was a wonderful place that exceded expectations! Communicating with the owners was a breeze. They were so pleasant and prompt; making for easy in and out. And when we asked for recommendations on places to eat and things to do, they were a wealth of information! Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location in pismo beach
Host Elizabeth went above & beyond making sure our stay was seamless inc a personal call 2 days before as she hadn’t heard from us. Location is 2 short blocks straight down the pier and beach! Restaurants coffee bakeries all right out our front door. Condo is clean, bright with all amenities needed for our stay. We will be back.

Mother of the Bride
The property was perfect for our purpose. My husband and I were busy with wedding activities but my sister and brother-in-law were able to enjoy Pismo Beach and all it had to offer. Wonderful stay
Elizabeth made the check in and check out process seamless. The condo was comfortable and was perfect for my husband and I and and our 15 year daughter and her friend. The location was better then we thought it was going to be. Close to everything, beaches, restaurant's, shopping, never had to get in our car. Highly recommend, we will be coming back.

Cal Poly SLO Graduation Weekend
We had a fun-filled weekend in San Luis Obispo. The condo in Pismo Beach was perfect for our immediate family and extended family stayed nearby. We enjoyed walks to local restaurants, the pier and around the downtown area. Elizabeth was an excellent host and we hope to return for another stay soon!

Wonderful Home Away from Home
Always love staying here. So close to everything and allows you to walk to most places including the beach. With gated parking you feel your car is secure and safe. Quiet property and condo has all the amenities needed. We cook a lot while staying here. This is our second stay and will come here again!

Awesome location!
We had such a good time at this property! Despite rainy days, we got in hiking and great seafood. This clean, very well equipped condo has everything you need and then some. We loved the Nespresso machine and convenience of walking to the beach and great restaurants. Elizabeth was an excellent hostess—great recs on eateries and available for any questions via text. The bed was super comfy, and we felt totally at home immediately upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

Wonderful Condo
Absolutely loved our stay here. Owners were on top of everything. Easy check in/out, all the directions we needed, and The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and stores.. The condo was clean with and stocked with whatever you would need. They even provided coffee with milk in the fridge and a frother/steamer!! We were very comfortable and felt like we were home for our short stay. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good, nice parking and an elevator to use. We had a little issue with the TV/DVD player but the owners were very helpful and we figured it out. I would update the papers with the instructions about the remote. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

The other reviews were pretty spot on. The condo is walking distance to the beach, tourist spots, and great restaurants. The place is comfortably appointed and very clean. Minor suggestions would be to add blackout curtains to both bedrooms. Elizabeth was welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a week for my cousin's wedding in nearby Arroyo Grande and were looking for something "beach adjacent" with other amenities as well. When we saw that it was located 2 blocks from the beach, it became our choice. The listing also mentioned walking distance to downtown Pismo and all the shops/food, which sealed it for us. From the initial communications with the owners, it became clear that this was the perfect place for us. We were traveling with our 15 month old son, so they offered to let us use the beach toys they had on property. The instructions for check-in, while seemingly complicated, were very thorough and provided an easy path to follow for a no-fuss check-in. The unit came with television in both the living room and the bedroom, and multiple streaming options available (Netflix/Hulu/Youtube TV/Disney/etc), which was wonderful for our young one AND when we wanted to watch some live sports while staying in. We were quite pleased to see that indeed this property was 2 blocks from the beach and less than 1 block from many different (and amazing) dining options. We were able to walk everywhere in Pismo, only needing our car to travel to the grocery store in nearby Arroyo Grande. The owners also offered us recommendations for dining in the area, and I strongly recommend anyone to take those, as they allowed us to skip the tourist traps with long wait and find some great gems that the locals frequent. Overall it was an entirely wonderful experience and we would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here in the future.

Had a pleasant experience with our stay at the condo. Recommendation, get a couple black wash cloths for woman to use when removing makeup instead of all white. And maybe a few more towels would have been nice if our stay was longer.

Perfect Location -- Super Clean!
Right from the beginning, Elizabeth was super to work with. My family of four (11 y.o., 13 y.o., husband, and self) stayed here just before July 4th. When we arrived, the condo was very clean. It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us and I appreciated having two bathrooms, plus the laundry. The entire complex was quiet. Although we saw a couple of other kids in passing, we never heard noise. It was an easy walk down to the beach and pier. This is a great location!

Great location, but booking process left much to be desired
Normally I would give this property a 4 rating, but due to booking issues I’m knocking it down to a 3. The owner literally changed the rates after I had messaged her and asked a question about some amenities and was waiting to get the ok from the party we were traveling with before I booked the unit. She said she had forgotten to raise the rates from last summer, which may very well have been true, but when I asked if she would honor the price I had been quoted a minute earlier she refused, saying “no, they can’t rent the unit at less than market price”. Yet If had clicked the reserve button before she raised the rates she would have had to. Obviously we rented the unit anyway and I wouldn’t have minded paying the rate we paid if that’s what we had been quoted, but I found the experience very rude and irritating. Otherwise the unit was fine and location was great.

Hi Jeff, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Please know that booking a vrbo is much like booking a hotel or airline ticket, as the number of available units or spaces goes down the price can be adjusted. If you had instant booked when you originally were messaging me the price would have been the price you saw. As your stay was in July, in the days while you were checking with your friends, etc. the availability of units in Pismo decreased and I adjusted our summer pricing. The information on availability and suggested pricing is provided to all owners by VRBO on an ongoing basis.

Fantastic location, would definitely return
The location of this condo could not have been better, we could see the beach, the sunset and the nightlife yet the windows were thick enough that no noise bothered us even on a busy Saturday night in the summer. Great communication with the owners and our kids had a blast. It was easy to get to, very easy to park and find everything we needed. The place was as pictured and had a well stocked kitchen. We loved it and would definitely return!

Great place to stay!
We had a great time. Condo was very cute and very convenient, close to everything. It had everything we needed and communication with Owner was excellent. The only thing that was not so great was that our baby's Red Flyer wagon was stolen the last night we were there. We had pulled it up from the beach by the condo door to unload and I took everything inside. I had completely forgot to tell my husband to fold it up and put it back in the car. We'll, the next morning it was gone. It is our own fault of course but just beware of leaving anything outside. Otherwise, we had a great time there!

Guest shower was unacceptable
Great location, but nothing special on the inside. The biggest downgrade for me was the guest shower, which had the worst water pressure ever. Completely unusable, especially for females with long hair. Shower handle was broken and wiggling as well. Overall, the place was clean and suitable enough for families, but felt sticky and grimy, probably from years of beach use. Not horrible but we will not return.

Hi Justin, I sorry you experienced the issue with the guest shower. We have had many guests over the year and haven't had anyone else mention it or any issue with the shower handle. We have family members with long hair and they have not experienced issues. We will go in and take a look at it to ensure that everything is working properly. We have not had complaints about the cleanliness of the unit at all and have used the same single housekeeper for many years. I'm glad you were happy with the location. Our place is ideally situated for easy parking, proximity to the beach, and walking to shops and restaurants.
