« Our group loved staying in this house —comfortable beds, great location, and all the amenities were as described and worked well. The host (Lance) was responsive and accommodating. We found plenty of storage space for ten sets of golf clubs, parking for multiple vehicles, grill and spa were perfect — will look forward to our next stay! »

« We were very pleased with our stay in this beautiful home in Gilbert. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, quiet, and had all amenities we needed and more. We liked being located a little out of the busy Phoenix area, but also for our travels north and south Arizona. We had the pool heated which was nice. My only recommendation would be to have some additional lighting by the pool in the evening. I would highly recommend this home to our friends and if ever in the area would choose...

« If you want an all inclusive home with something for the whole family, this is the place for you! We vacationed in Arizona with two families of six and my son loving referred to the backyard as “a kid’s dream world”. There was enough room for all 12 of us and always something to do! The house had an amazing floor plan and the property managers were easy to communicate with. One of my favorite things was the grocery service offered. Our fridge was stocked and we were ready to start cooking once...

We were concerned about the holes in the side window and patchwork on the parallel wall which looked like gunshot holes, one of the twin beds was broke at the end, the vent upstairs hall ceiling needed cleaning, the tub had debri in it and the jets didnt work, the sheets also didnt seem clean with...

« The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair. »
