« The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim. »

« Lors de la réservation, j'avais demandé a avoir une chambre avec balcon comme précisé dans le descriptif. Résultat: j'ai eu une chambre sinistre au RDC avec vue sur le parking.De plus, impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude dans la baignoire. Pas a la hauteur de cette chaine d'hôtels. »

« The property was clean and well maintained. But I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in our bedroom. The king's size mattress was very lumpy. And the room was pretty bare. »

« Rooms are clean and the service is great. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is not very centrally located but they have a shuttle that takes you within a 5 mile radius as there is barely entertainment around. Good for a short stay. »

« L'hôtel n'a pas un charme fou puisqu'il est dans une zone d'activité derrière l'hôpital de Phœnix. La ville n'a pas vraiment de centre et ne propose que de peu d'intérêt touristique mais elle constitue une étape ou une ville de transit. Dans ce contexte l'hôtel est pratique, le parking y est gratuit, un bon wifi et un petit déjeuner très bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Donc un hôtel pratique et confortable. »

Construction workers outside patio doors the entire 4 days working on the pool and hot tub that we paid for and paid extra so that we could have that patio they were about 4 feet from all week. Wifi costs money daily - ridiculous. 100°+ weather in AZ and air was off upon arrival - ridiculous. No smart tv - ridiculous. No microwave in room (only one small one in the lobby for the entire property). If I had more room I would go into much more detail however there isnt enough room here. I...

« It's a really unique and interesting hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Its an older hotel, but the remodel makes it nice. The room was clean. The building is older so the bathroom, halls, elevators and ceilings are smaller dimensions than modern buildings. But the overall space of room was good and it was well decorated.
