We just moved from out of state to beautiful Arizona. This home has just been entirely painted, fully stocked, cleaned throughout and has all the essentials for a relaxing family getaway.

Great family stay

Very impressed with the space and layout of the house. The pool was fantastic, even though we paid more to heat it, it was worth it! Location was perfect. Close to the everything. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice house- close to Surprise stadium

Nice, clean and comfortable house. Backyard is private and relaxing. Pool is nice, but takes awhile to heat up if weather outside is cooler. Only pool or spa can be heated at one time. Stated on website that spa has jets, but after talking with Michael were told the jets didn’t work so couldn’t use spa. Michael responded within an hour of contacting him. Liked the close location to surprise stadium for spring training! Went to “ Bonfire” restaurant/ bar ( Michael had made this recommendation) and had great food, beer and atmosphere!

We enjoyed the house for a week of spring training baseball games. Communication was good. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent and we took nightly walks. The house had everything we needed and I would not hesitate to book here again! It was a good week!

Beautiful home, communicate with host

This is a very spacious home that had a lot of comfortable spaces. It is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in, and had plenty of pillows, towels, pool towels and dishes. They also had laundry detergent. There were 2 memory foam mattresses and 1 regular mattress. The master suite is away from the rest of the house so it was very quiet. It also has a door directly out to the pool area! Although it is certainly not required to provide these things, there was no foil, plastic wrap or many containers with lids to store leftover food. The sink in the kitchen needs to run for quite awhile to get hot water and the water filter in the fridge was overdue to be replaced and stated it was "99" overdue. We bought bottled water because we didn't care for the taste.My biggest note is regarding the pool and spa. If you are not staying in the heat of summer you will have to pay extra to heat the pool. You will want to make sure that host is able to start heating it early in the day before you arrive. You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time. The host was kind enough to come to the property and switch the heat from the pool to the spa but he needed to make this change manually every time it needed switched. The heat also turned off at 6pm so it was too cold to use at night until we specifically asked him to change the timing to stay on later. Communication is key to make sure your stay is enjoyable here.

Even better in person

This property is even lovelier in person than the photos and reviews suggest. The home was well stocked with paper goods, ample seasonings and kitchen essentials, plentiful and good quality linens, and more. The backyard was a wonderful place to spend sunny days in the pool and evenings around the fire pit. We paid the fee to heat the pool/spa and were glad we did as it made those amenities useful for our late-March trip. The equipment is set up so that either the pool or the spa can be heated at any one time, which requires a bit of planning if you'd like to switch between the two, but it worked out fine for us and Michael was readily available to show us what to do when we arrived. Communication from the host was top-notch. We would love to stay here again.

Great House!

We stayed in AZ for a week long baseball tournament. Mike’s property was the perfect t location for the games. Close to stores and restaurants. The house was amazing. Plenty of space for 2 families. The bed in the master bedroom is VERY firm and deceivingly comfortable! I will say the 2 twin beds in one of the rooms was the smallest twins I’ve seen but it worked well for the 2 boys that were with us. If you are very tall, it might be a challenge. The home was perfect thought for what we needed and Mike was SUPER responsive! I reached out for various things during our days and he was so helpful and attentive! The pool is amazing and sail shade was a great touch! I would definitely stay there again and recommend for anyone to stay there for baseball or for just an AZ getaway!
