« It was a great location for us and it had nice amenities and everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. The check-in process through their computer system needs a definite improvement, but the host was very responsive and helpful. It just took way too long to check in as I entered my credit card and put my husband‘s name down on the reservation so then had to go through the whole process again with lots of back and forth to straighten out. they did grant us a...

« Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome. »

« We needed a place close to the Phoenix Convention Center. This property checked that box. Bonus was how pet friendly, spacious, clean and appointed the space was. The casita is exactly as photographed and described. Jason was VERY quick to respond/communicate when we reached out. Lots of games, comfortable sitting areas, and all one could need in the kitchenette. I would definitely recommend this property! »
