The space
The home is in close proximity to the beautiful South Mountain. The park boasts more than 50 miles of trails for hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking.

The home is modern with an open concept floor-plan with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Guests can use the entire private home, as well as the outside dining area, patio, courtyard, pool and backyard. The home and the unheated pool are completely private. One garage is available for additional charge.

The private pool is not heated.

Guest access
Guests have private access to everything on the property - the entire home, including full size washer and dryer, pool, outside dining area, courtyard, patio and backyard. One garage is available for additional charge.

Other things to note
Please kindly remove your trash and recyclable items and place them in the trash barrels outside. For guests with longer stays, we'd appreciate your help bringing the barrels to the curb every Thursday evening for trash pick up Friday morning and returning them to the backyard in there designated area.

The garages are not accessible. If you would like access to a garage, please request for an additional charge.

Also the closet is the primary bedroom is locked; however, there is plenty of clothing storage in the large dresser and in 2 oversized wardrobe dressers.
