Experience relaxation like never before at this lavish 4-bed, 2-bath vacation rental home in Scottsdale. Sitting in North Scottsdale, mere minutes away from Grayhawk Golf Club and TPC Scottsdale, home of the Phoenix Open, this home`s location is both private and convenient. You`ll have access to a private pool, (the pool is NOT heated) putting green, and outdoor Gas BBQ. After days spent enjoying world-class golf and hiking, you`ll look forward to playing billiards in the open concept living area. Whether you`re looking to have an unforgettable golf getaway with friends or family adventure, this luxury home is sure to suit your needs.

This listing is for the entire 2000 sq. ft. home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area, swimming pool and putting green. It is a quiet, peaceful backyard, perfect for a relaxing visit!

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

This is a quiet neighborhood in the North Scottsdale Grayhawk area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Wonderful Vacation House
This property is in a great location to be able to do day trips and explore, and very close to so many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, as well as walking trails. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Lovely for morning or evening walks. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. While I could see where the pool might not be ideal for younger children due to it having the built in umbrella tables (not really a pool for swimming), it was fine for my young teens to cool off in and we all enjoyed playing on the pool table in the house. Who knew my 12 year old would become such a pool shark!? My husband loved the arcade game too. Nobody was ever bored at home when we weren’t out exploring! Excellent and very quick communication with the property management made sure our stay was problem free. We had a wonderful AZ vacation and would definitely stay here again. We miss it already.

Booked this property for 8 days vacation, golfing and hiking.
The backyard was very nice and we really enjoyed it. However, disappointed with the house itself. Living space was small, the table (combined pool/dining) totally unusable for dining. In the Master bedroom, there is no door separating the bedroom from bathroom: so, if one is in bed, impossible to turn on the light in bathroom to take shower or use sink without illuminating the bedroom. Also, there was no shade in the bedroom so waking up early due to sunrise. That being said, the host was very nice and very responsive to our requests and installed shades in the Master bedroom, the third day of our stay. So, overall nice but, apart from backyard, not up to expectations or what is being reflected on site.
