The space
This stunning, newly renovated luxury home is located in an exclusive gated community and offers the ultimate blend of elegance, comfort, and tranquility. The property boasts a magnificent 14,000-gallon heated pool and spa, perfect for unwinding or entertaining in style. Inside, you'll find two electric fireplaces that create a cozy ambiance, alongside smart TVs throughout for seamless entertainment.

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, featuring a stylish pergola with a fire pit, where you can enjoy serene evenings by the fire while taking in the picturesque surroundings. Off-street parking ensures convenience, while the peaceful neighborhood offers privacy and a quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

Modern amenities such as smart locks provide enhanced security and ease of access, making your stay comfortable and stress-free. This home is available for a minimum rental period of 28 days, offering the perfect setting for a longer, restful escape. Please note that this is a non-party house, designed for those seeking peace, serenity, and a luxurious extended getaway.

Just about a block away is the entrance to the Clubhouse, where you'll have full access to racketball courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts and more. In addition, there is a workout room, a cardio room and a stretching / yoga room for all your fitness needs. Out back, the clubhouse boasts a huge beach with serene lagoon, massive lap pool, hot tub and lake access. You can even borrow the pedal boat and take a cruise around the lake. All included with your stay. Don't miss out on all these awesome amenities! This is truly resort style living in a quiet, convenient and safe location in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona.

Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the house, private pool and spa and also the clubhouse. Clubhouse features it's own massive beach with shallow lagoon, huge lap pool, hot tub, pedal boat, lakefront access, workout facilities, cardio room, yoga room, racketball courts and more. Clubhouse is only a short walk from the house and is completely private for residents only.
Other things to note

Please note, this is a home in a quiet neighborhood and we really like our neighbors. It is not meant to be a party house. We're looking for guests who are seeking a peaceful place to relax, unwind and enjoy a desert oasis.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind, please. Due to severe allergies of my wife, son, and among our cleaning staff, we kindly request that guests do not bring their pets. Sorry! This helps us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding!

If you want the pool to be heated at 84 degrees it will be for an extra amount of $80 per night booked (plus tax). The spa can be heated at 102 degrees for an additional of $80 per night booked (plus tax). Setting the pool temp above 90 degrees will damage the equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine. This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.

No lifeguards will be on duty.

Owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

IMPORTANT: Please note yard/landscaping management occurs once a month and pool maintenance once per week. Days/times fluctuate. We apologize for any inconvenience these disturbances may cause
 but keeping the home beautiful for you and future guests is our top priority.

VAL VISTA LAKES CLUBHOUSE ACCESS: If you would like to access the clubhouse, a registration form must be completed in advance. We will need the names of all guests in your group. Additionally, there is a $125 fee, which is separate from your booking payment. This fee must be paid upon arrival at the clubhouse. Please note that only checks and money orders are accepted at this time—credit cards and cash are not currently an option. Access to the clubhouse is not guaranteed year-round.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!

1. Pools and/or spas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death.
2. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or spa is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA.
3. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Strange and interesting - I would not stay here again

Upon arriving around 4:20pm (20minutes after check-in) we could not get into the gated community because the gate code did not work. After numerous attempts with different wrong codes given to me by management I drove into the gated community behind another car. Once we arrived at the home noticed the house cleaner was still in the house and several pieces of luggage in the driveway. Once I confirmed we had the correct address I was asked by the house clearer to wait 45 minutes. Thinking this would not be a problem we went to Starbucks to burn some time with a sandwich and drinks. Still not having the correct gate code we waited till 6pm to drive behind another resident to get back into the community and found the cleaner still working and waited until 6:40. Unfortunately we had dinner plans at my sisters’ and had to leave the property again without a proper code. Again, having to follow a resident in again (around 10pm) we were asked who we are and where we are going and threatened to have the cops called on us for trespassing, because we didn’t have the correct code. I called the management (after 10pm) and informed them that this issue needed to be fixed where I was rudely informed that things happen, and they don’t have any control over this gate code, and we were bothering them at late hours and had to check out the next morning if we didn’t like the situation. After as calmly as I could listening to her financially threatening me, we agreed to let her work on getting th
