What I love- great location. That was pretty much the only thing. The rooms smelled muggy and moist. The room was filthy, crumbs everywhere and surfaces nasty. The bathroom was also not cleaned and the set up of the shower is not ideal, makes the whole bathroom floor wet. Only one elevator working, and took 10 mins to get up and down with the elevator each way. Most likely will not stay here again.

There isn't any food at this restaurant. The bartender said he didn't have any food, because they left the refrigerator open and everything got spoiled. They don't have any complimentary coffee anywhere on the premises, either. However, you could make coffee or tea in your room. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. A pool view was very lame, and barely a pool view. They charge 12 bucks a day to park over there, too. I won't be going to any Aloft hotel in the future.

Hello. We try ro stay at aloft whenever we can. But. This experience had a couple of issues. Staff and cleanliness were great. But our tv remote didnt work. We called the front desk and they sent some one up with batteries. It still didnt work. We called but no one ever came up to help out. We did figure out how to turn it on manually but it seemd like there may be an issues with it. And it was very hard to turn of manually. We also only had one regular coffee int he room. One regualr one decaf. So my husband had to get dressed and head downstairs for my coffee.

Hotel staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. Hotel could work on cleanliness and also has damages to it, my curtain was hard to put down, bathroom had hair and bottom of toilet was dirty. Noise was high but it makes sense for the area and uncontrollable by hotel staff but they do provide ear plugs. It is very well located right in the center of everything

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was some marks on the walls in the room when we came in and all the room doors had marks and such from shoes and other things that made it look dingy.

There should be a disclaimer that it is under many night clubs and that it is not child friendly, the night clubs music was heard in our room and after it finally stops the people hanging out side finally stay chatting the trash collection passes at 3:30am SATURDAY many disclosures should be stated for the price of this facility. Side note the pool was dirty and the pool towels are for infants

Not worth the price. At all. Really needs an update. The bathroom floor was peeling up everywhere. Shower floods. Walls have liquid stains. Definitely will not stay there again.

This property is in dire need of updating , dirty and the rooms are dilapidated. Bathroom floors and showers are peeling, ceiling peeling, vanity falling off wall , no drain cap , broken, no lamps by beds , says there is room service , NO room service available , all doors , moldings are chipping off paint , carpet filthy, chair by desk filthy, crevices not vacuumed. I wouldn’t even walk on the carpet barefoot had to go purchase house shoes … BEWARE… would not book this hotel . Photos on line do not depict the current state of this property . Even the entrance sign is broken . Staff said upon checkout they are getting ready to do a renovation …. Expedia should really take this property off its booking engine . Disgusting to say the least!!!

It's pretty run down, especially for the price ($260/night). Sink was wobbly and didnt work. Sheets had a few stains on them. In general everything felt older and outdated, like it hasnt been replaced. Its also above a club and makes you feel like youre staying at a dorm or hostel. Parking at night is hit or miss as there arent enough spots.

Pool not available, bed was comfortable, a little noisy . Breakfast was okay. Very cute lounging area with games a bit of a balcony. A little pricey for what it is.

Great place to stay with easy access to Old Town. If you are a light sleeper you will need the ear plugs they give you, clubs are rocking until early in the am!

Continental breakfast is set out and no attendant so we figured it was complimentary but then got a charge for $10 each. I had only a bagel so I complained and they removed the charge, but I believe they should tell you when you check in and there should be a sign at the plates.

I was very impressed and thankful of how accommodating the staff were. Great location for easy access to dining and shopping options. We didn't mind that the building is a bit old and the night life around the hotel got noisy.

I would stay there again.
Nice place, comfortable bed, great window shade that kept out all the light, friendly staff. A/C was a bit noisy. I would stay there again.

I am a handicapped veteran using a rental car while my car was being repaired after a wreck. The hotel did not have ample parking and permitted non-guests to park in their lot leaving no parking for the guests. I was forced to park in a handicapped spot without my plate and received a parking tickets from the police.

Not as pictured.
The room was very dark with only one lamp for lighting in the room. The bathroom had hair on the floor that was not swept, there was hair on the bed as well. There was water damage on the bathroom door, no fan in the bathroom. The toilet had a huge hole on the top. The shower water got all over the floor because of how the shower was set up. It was a quick overnight stay with my Husband due to an early flight, will probably never stay there again.
