« The property manager contacted us as expected and check in was easy. Inside and outside, the home was nothing as advertised. Nails sticking out of the walls, dishwasher not attached so it falls out when you pull out the rack; old cars, broken chairs, lawnmowers, old pool, old jacuzzi, a winebego, a boat and toilet seat all strewn around the yard. Also, the water was brown and undrinkable and the kitchen was woefully under-stocked. While the beds were comfortable, the one we slept in had no top...

« Charming house with all the amenities. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. Prefectly located near all the attractions we participated in;Bucsh Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg,outlet shopping mall, Go Ape Ziplining. AThe Two Drummers Smokehouse was the best place to eat. There was a small issue with the furnace and the property managers/owners were right on it. The repair was done within hours of reporting it. I definitely recommended Ivy Cottage to anyone. »
