Lovely three bedroom home in East Durham, less than a mile from the beach. Suitable for families, contract workers and tourists, it's a great place to explore the North with easy access to all the major universities, towns and attractions. Walk the streets where Billy Elliot was filmed, they're a pleasant 10 minute walk from the house. If you need some downtime, the house is a great place to have a dinner party, (but no other parties please) or simply relax and recharge.

Outside there's a comfortable seating area (definitely better in summer!) to lounge in and enjoy friends and drinks.

Upstairs, there are two single beds in each of two bedrooms, and one double bed in the third bedroom. The dining room seats up to 8 cosily and the kitchen has everything needed for a successful dinner party. The stairs have a child safety gate which is easily fitted. The main bathroom has a spa bath which melts away the stresses of the day. (careful not to use too much bubble bath!).
