Fabulous (in the true sense of the world) venue! The castle, grounds and setting are the stuff of fairy tales. Staff were polite and helpful - though we had a long wait at Reception on first arrival; not because it was busy; there was no one there, and no bell to ring for attention! All facilties were super clean, with proper care taken to adhere to Covid rules. Surrounding area is great for walking - or even venturing on a 'Land Rover Experience', if that's your thing. A little bit of well-meaning advice for the hotel manager: you might consider asking somebody to proofread your 'Welcome Letter'. Spelling, pinctuation and grammar were all a bit awry, especially the bit where you thanked residents for their "patients" where Covid restrictions affected operations. Sorry, that's just a small moan from a grammar nerd. Very little to fault in the actual sojourn. Took my wife there as a birthday treat, and she loved it. "Best hotel, and definitely the best hotel room I've stayed in!" she said. So that makes me happy.
