Beer garden n food was lovely ,very relaxing . Staff were helpfull .Rooms not big but comfortable enough. The paving and small steps out side in beer garden could be smoothed out bit of a trip hazzard .

Room has some renovations to modernize it, had a kettle, fridge, and microwave. Would have rated it average but it was very noisy. Trains went by about every 15 minutes (horn, general rumbling, and the bells ringing while the intersection was blocked), and the air unit would rattle loudly every 5 to 10 seconds. Found a hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine.

Thanks for staying Patrick and for your feedback. Sorry to read that we didn't hit the mark for you on your stay. Our cleaning team do an exceptional job and very rarely miss a beat. I am sorry to read that they did miss a hair in the bathroom and I have advised them of this. They send apologies. We have looked into and fixed the aircon unit - again, so sorry about this. Can you please contact the hotel so we can discuss your experience further and hopefully turn this around so you can experience our offering at our usual high standards?

Short staycation in Guildford
We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Stirling Arms hotel. The rooms have been refurbished and modernised but still had old world charm, and history. Very central to restaurant s and cafes, antique stores etc and to the river and a Short drive to the Swan Valley A bit noisy as it’s in a flight path for planes going and from Perth Airports but didn’t notice that as time went on.

The accommodation was quite surprising, part of a very old pub, but was nicely renovated, clean, and to be honest, had quite some charm. Staff were friendly and facilities were great. Definitely would go back

Planes, trains and traffic noise kept me from having a good nights sleep as well as the clunk in the Air con. Doors closing on other rooms was also disturbing. Self checkin worked with codes to doors privided. Room was clean and king bed comfortable.

Loved the feel and atmosphere of the pub. Completing with higher-end pubs and restaurants close by but this felt comfortable and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable if not a little noisey but we had an early flight and the noise was not late. Super convenient for the airport and Swann Valley

The hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The food was great too. It's pretty close to the airport so that's another plus point. The area is generally very quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious and bathroom was massive! All in all, a really nice place to stay.

Easy checkin and easy access to the rooms via a keypad door lock. The room was large with a frontage shared balcony. Bathroom is large enough , fridge is standard size for hotel room, has a microwave and a baisc kettle and cups. If you like a large cup for tea and coffee, suggest bring your own. The bed was king size and comfortable with enough pillows and rugs. Air Conditioning qas nice and cold too. Our stay was mostly fine, but being during the working week, the traffic noise in the morning was a bit annoying. Will stay again for sure.
