The accommodation was great. No loud noise. We had late check in and received the information in how to get in after hours. The carpark was sometimes full and we had to park in the public carpark- not sure if they don’t have enough bags for the rooms. We would stay here again.

Hidden gem
Great hotel with all the home comforts you require, just 5 stops to east Perth. Just 4 further stops for supermarkets. Only 2 floors let but not an issue unless you have a lift phobia. Great bars a walk down to the river.

We enjoyed our one night stay in a studio apartment. Our room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. This apartment would be an ideal base for a longer stay, having it's own laundry and kitchen facilities. The location is walking distance to many places of interest, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Nautica Residences.

At first sight excellent, however no power at all for fridge tv Wi-Fi only lights. No one seemed to know how to rectify. Several calls later and a manager in reception telling my husband he had been in our room they had not but my husband found a fuse box outside of the room and reset it. The last day no hot water

Very modern, convenient and comfortable. The apartment suffers a little from road noise during the day if the verandah door is open, but at night this disappears so no real problem. An interesting walk down to Freemantle along the Swan.

Contemporary apartment
Excellent contemporary apartment in a great location. We had an issue with being blocked from wifi but were assured that this is now fixed. It had a nice oven but no trays or ovenware. The shop across the road is now closed so nearest groceries are a 20 min walk. The bar on the roof was buzzing and very convenient

Convenient and Comfy in East Freo
Great location, neat apartment with a spacious balcony and even a water view. Be sure to read the instructions as we misunderstood how the air-conditioning worked ( our fault) Comfy bed. Downside is the TV is fixed opposite the sofa ( also comfy) so you can't really veg out in bed and watch it. Good options in walking distance for coffee and food.

Our 2nd stay and will definitely stay again
Apartment layout was great. Some road noise with door open (but we knew that would be the case), minimal other noise. Nice view to river from balcony. Reception and housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. Location great, close to dining options, river and public transport. After hours check in well documented.

Wonderful place to stay with a food market and coffee places across the street and restaurant above. Loved our laundry and cooking facilities as well as the view and quiet. Close to the sea and freemantle centre. Fabulous
