« Awful place. One star is too much. More like a doss house. Unopened post piling up at the door. Floors could do with a good clean. Hand written paper signs stuck on the door and walls. Very scruffy looking. I arrived at about 2am. My room was very cold. I asked for the heating to be put on. They said "OK" but didn't do it. Heating didn't come on later either. Bedside lamps from the local Sue Ryder shop were tatty and plugged into an extension bar. The only power outlet was on the other side of...

« Very attentive host. Fridge with fresh milk and home cooked welsh cakes- great touch. Pretty drive some sigle lane roads and worth it for a clean ideallic place. »

« The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! »

« We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. »

« The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good. »
