« Despite a long walk and a few staircases to climb the room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The cooked breakfast was very tasty, hot and well presented. Situated very close to the town. Would definitely return. »

« We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. »

Was asking to ring them prior to going as we had booked through Expedia to complete information, rang 5 times but no response and ended up going down uncertain as to whether we actually had a booking. « 2 Nuits étape sur un circuit à travers le Pays de Galles. Le bâtiment est très ancien et les aménagements faits au cours des années respectent, a priori, le plus possible la construction d'origine. La salle de bains est spacieuse avec un chauffe-serviette, mais la douche est fixe, à la hauteur du plafond. Ce n'est pas pratique du tout. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas faire coulisser le pommeau à la hauteur souhaitée. Il y a un parking, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons pris un diner sur place :...

« The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. It just needs a bit deeper clean and there was piles of rubbish just outside the kitchen. The room was also a bit tired. Beds were comfy and there was tea, coffee,...
