« Scruffy / tired hotel. Metal covering for my door fell off when I put my key in the door. Minimal breakfast choice - wouldn’t let me order an omelette so I ended up with one slice of toast and a croissant because I didn’t want a full English or Kippers. »

« Family friendly with excellent breakfast. Communal kitchen and lounge/ dining area. Extremely helpful staff . The bedroom had light with emergency lighting which is not conducive to a good nights sleep if you are a light sleeper. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the imperial dragon hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Plenty of space in the car park. We had a triple room, the furnishings were old but in good condition. 5 mins in the car from Saundersfoot beach and 10 min from Tenby. »

« The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. It just needs a bit deeper clean and there was piles of rubbish just outside the kitchen. The room was also a bit tired. Beds were comfy and there was tea, coffee,...
