It needs to be said that the comments and review/rating does not reflect the service and facts related to the apartment: - The apartment is down one floor of stairs from the top of the hill or 3 floors up from the bottom of the hill. There is no mention of the flight of stairs in the description of the property on the advert. In any event, not one guest has ever complained about this for the 11 years it has been in operation. - There is no mention of the number of corridors in the advert. Once you come from the stairs you turn to 1 corridor – Not sure why the guests thought there were two and corridors were not even mentioned in the advert. - The problem referred to by the guest was when the guest was in the wrong block after returning from somewhere and called the agent saying the door would not open. The issue was that the guest was trying to open the wrong apartment as he was in a different block to where the apartment was. The guest had been irate (obviously his own fault) but the agent was kind and patient enough to sort it out. - The agent even gave him a TV box as it appeared the guest had issues with his eye sight and gave him a TV box that he was familiar with using previously

Appreciate all feedback and the guests enjoyed their stay. Parasol base was available in the property but if it was damaged or inoperable, it would have been replaced immediately. Unfortunate that Max, the local agent who is available for guests to contact if there are any issues that needs to be addressed, was not contacted to rectify the issue. This will now be checked and rectified prior to the next guests.

Appreciate all feedback. The sun lounger has been replaced. There are 2 TV options in the apartment 1. Nilesat satellite TV and 2. Android TV Box. These provide very substantial TV options.

Translation: Patrick Kahnert Beautiful apartment in quiet surroundings The apartment is located in a complex, with a unique view from the balcony over the village of Peyia and the sea. On the balcony you can get through a glass sliding door, either from the bedroom (from the bed also sea view), or from the living room. The rest in the surroundings increases the recreational factor. The apartment was painted before our arrival, and on the balcony is a new glamor and chairs. A fly screen on at least one of the glass sliding doors (best in the bedroom) would be great. Pleasant contact to the landlord, and also the manager Max was reached by telephone. We felt very comfortable, and will gladly come back. All feedback taken on board. Brand new chairs and table put in place. All required areas painted. We strive to delight our clients and do our best to achieve the same.

First time we had guest for this long on a holiday let. Agent advised some maintenance on the walls due to guests not ventilating the apartment properly. Once the guests left, the apartment has been brought back to the excellent presentation we always strive for.
