Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris des chambres connectées. Cela nous a permis d’être tous ensemble. Il a une belle petite piscine avec un bar à l’intérieur. Le personnel est gentil tout est accessible à pied proche de Beach Road

Hôtel pas cher et luxe
Hôtel pas cher pour une grande chambre moderne. La piscine n'est pas toujours au soleil mais nous pouvons en trouver. L'accueil est vraiment bien. Plutôt bien placé, j'y retournerai !

Deceptive appearances
As soon as we got to the lobby, we had a very positive impression from the hotel. It was a whole other story when we got to our rooms. We were traveling with two other friends (a total of three rooms were booked) and not a single one of us had a positive check-in experience. One of our friends walked into his upgraded room (suite) just to find semen on the bed - hotel staff couldn't change rooms so they had to change the sheets in front of him. Our second friend walked into his room just to find a condom on the queen bed - they switched him to a double twin beds room. On our end, we had a reservation for a room with a king size bed and they still knowingly gave us a double twin bed room, which is a much tinier room than the king size bed room, no explanation or apologies were really voiced out by the staff checking us in, if anything they did not make us feel welcome. So, all in all, the lobby is nice, and the rooms we had actually reserved probably were as well, if it wasn't for the welcome surprises each received. To improve, we would suggest double checking the rooms you are providing your guests with, both regarding cleanliness and type of room.

hôtel très propre et bien entretenu, très bonne situation, à 2 pas de tout, personnel aimable et professionnel, le manager est sur le terrain, tous les petits tracas du quotidien sont réglés rapidement, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. un petit bémol, le règlement vestimentaire pour se baigner à la piscine, n'est pas respecté, malgré le panneau d'interdiction. Des clients se baigne tout habillé... dommage, sinon ce serai parfait.

It was my third time staying at this hotel, but this time I was given a room with dirty bedside drawers. Don't know if it was bug season or not, but there were flies and ants inside the room all the time. Also this time there was no hot water in shower

Ok hotell. Dåligt TV utbud för en västerlänning. Kunde inte stänga av ljudet från lamporna när jag skulle lägga mig vid midnatt, var tvungen att ringa om hjälp, kontakterna fungerade inte korrekt. Tror jag bor någon annanstans nästa gång. Bra men liten parkering under byggnaden.

Smells bad
The hotel room did not look like the pictures on the hotel website at all. The pool was under construction. The hotel smells bad and staff at the front desk are not very nice.

전반적으로 괜찮습니다.교통편도 객실청소는 좋았습니다. 다만 프런트 업무가 너무 미흠합니다.체크인할때 얼리 체크아웃을 물어보니 퇴실전날에 다시 문의하라고 해서 문의 했더니 2,000밧에 가능하다고 해서 연장했는데 당일에 다른객실밖에 안된다고 하고 전날있던 직원이 실수라고 하면서 책임을 지지 않습니다.손님을 기만했습니다.직원들끼리 소통도 안되면 좋은 써비스는 없습니다.

합리적인 가격에 깔끔하고 좋은 위치의 호텔 다만 아쉬웠던점은 커넥팅 룸을 예약하면서 두개의 방 모두 킹 사이즈 침대로 예약하였는데 실제로는 한개의 방은 싱글 침대였던점

Excellent location and nice welcoming staffs. Clean room and nice facilities. In general very good value for money except breakfast quality not good vs the price.
