The studio apartment area is 29 square meters, and the residential complex has a smart infrastructure. A good thing to note is that the building is not even half occupied and it's very possible not to see a neighbor on the floor during your stay :)

Guests receive a minimum of 4 sets of bed linen and dozens of towels so that they can change during their stay. Shampoo, shower gel, foam soap, facial tissue and, toilet paper. 1.5 L water in the fridge, tea bags, instant coffee, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, and crushed chili.
Please note that I am offering flexible check-in and check-out times and you should keep in mind that I will compromise with my guests in the case of match-up late and early departures and arrivals.
Early check-in after midnight or before noon - only if there is no check-out that day.
Please note that the price for the cleaning you are paying includes cleaning the space after your check-out, dozens of towels, and pads available, and all bedding.
Usually, the average preparation time for the next guest's arrival is 4-5 hours.
