« The Base is ideally located in the center of all the action. I have a sound sleep, therefore the noise from the bars didn't bother me, but for sensitive people, despite the 22nd floor, music gets carried all the way up. I particularly appreciated the functional kitchen with almost everything I needed, as compared to other units which at times lack the bare necessities. If I may suggest some easy improvements: a stronger light in the bathroom, a small bedside lamp as well as a safety deposit...

Le miroir était également couvert de traces de doigts. Pas de savon, ou même de torchon pour un appartement. Propreté décevante malgré la bonne localisation. »

« Apartments were absolutely ok compared to price. Location was given wrongly by ebookers. Apartment was NOT in City Center but a few km outside (even further than Central Department Store). Finding it and communication with staff (that neither knew about our booking nor spoke an English) was only possible with good Thai language skills. Ebookers really messed it up! »

« I loved the spaces in this room. Only problem was the mold in the room. Which got worse as the days went by. Is a long way from a Baht Bus too. Not easy unless you have a motorbike or car. I only walked and it was far to get transportation to Jomtien or Pattaya. Bolt will run you a lot in 4 weeks. I walked to the Baht Bus each day. »

« There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. « Das Codo war nicht für 3 Personen ausgelegt obwohl für 3 Erwachsene gebucht war. Es war eine Kochnische verbaut aber keinerlei Küchen Utensilien vorhanden! Das Bett war komplett durchgelegen! Der schlafplatz für die 3 Person war eine kleine Couch die nicht aufklappbar war Es war nur eine Bettdecke vorhanden! Handtücher waren auch nur 2 vorhanden! Wir hatten für 16 Tage gebucht und sind nach 4 Tagen wieder ausgezogen! Nach mehreren Versuchen mit dem Vermieter eine Einigung zu finden! »

« The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in...
