« La chambre que nous avions n’avait pas d’eau chaude. Après des tentatives pour régler le problème, on nous a finalement changé de chambre. La gérante en service a été très gentille. Elle a pris en charge notre problème jusqu’à ce qu’une solution satisfaisante soit trouvée. Nous la remercions. »

« The one thing that I appreciate the most is clean rooms and clean bathrooms. this room was spotless! The staff is very helpful and one of the women at the desk (blondish long hair) Saturday night actually walked us all the way through the conference center to find the pub so that we wouldn't have to walk outside in some bitter cold weather.
